Perfect Pokemon in Casual Play

I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this, so sorry in advance if it isn't.

Me and boyfriend both like to play Pokemon together, the only problem is that I play competitively and have perfect Pokemon (IVs, EVs and correct nature) whereas he doesn't. To make things fair we are limiting the amount of perfects used, and we aren't sure what a fair amount would be for my team. What do you think?

that's super super hard to pin down because his team is full of variables of make up, their own IVs, EVs, both of your experience. Why not figure it out with him and just have fun battling?
