I'm looking if some can tell me how you can use perish song. and how will it work.

Yea, this belongs to simple question.. To answer your question, when Perish Song is used, all pokemon "heard" that song will faint after 3turns..

It's not useful in competitive battle unless your opponent has only one pokemon left.. As your opponent will switch out after it's used.. You can combo it with Mean Lock or Arena Trap/Shadow Tag.. But you will need to switch out for that pokemon in that case..
 
Perish Song also works as a pseudo-hazing move, but it takes 2 turns for it to "work".

Perish Song is a great insurance against Baton Pass teams though, since those teams may use Ingrain which blocks Roar/Whirlwind. Make sure you don't get Mean Looked/Spider Webbed/Blocked in on something that doesen't pack Perish Song though, or you are in trouble. o.o
