This was intended to be a Sandstorm Stall team but I kept making changes till it wasn't one.
It's also my first team so go easy on me.

Hippowdon@Leftovers
Impish 252HP/168DEF/88SPD
-EarthQuake
-Stealth Rock
-Toxic
-Stockpile

From the original team. Sets up Stealth Rock, Stockpiles, and Toxics.

Tentacruel@Black Sludge
Calm 252HP/120DEF/136SPDEF
-Hydro Pump
-Rapid Spin
-Toxic
-Toxic Spikes

Rapid spins opponent's Stealth Rock out and sets up Toxic Spikes of its own.

Skarmory@Leftovers
Calm 252HP/62ATT/176DEF/18SPD
-Brave Bird
-Roost
-Spikes
-Whirlwind

Sets up spikes then Whirlwind and Brave Bird when necessary.

Vaporeon@Leftovers
Bold 128HP/252DEF/128SPD
-Acid Armor
-Muddy Water
-Baton Pass
-Aqua Ring

Acid Armor x2 then Aqua Ring then Baton Pass to Ninjask.

Ninjask@Leftovers
Jolly 252HP/116DEF/26SPD/166SPDEF
-Substitute
-Protect
-Swords Dance
-Baton Pass

Uses Swords Dance and gets the speed boost and Baton Pass to TTar.

Tyranitar@Life Orb
Naughty 4HP/252ATT/252SPD
-EarthQuake
-Dragon Dance
-Crunch
-Stone Edge

Sweeps everything with Swords Dance+Speed Boost+Defense Boost.
If something goes wrong DD and sweep.

First time making a team so critique would be wonderful.
Thanks.

I have to admit that though I dont like any of your pokemon individually, I really like the team :D Im no expert though, so my judgement wouldnt be worhtwhile, but I do like the team.

Replace Ninjask with Gliscor. I've seen this before and trust me, Gliscor isn't as fast as Ninjask but he is bulky and with Sand Veil will get the job done. Now the only problem is you'll have to use an extra move, which is Rock Polish. Well ok it's not a problem, more of a inconvenience, however it does a +2 boost instead of +1. Um what I'm saying is try this Gliscor set and see how it works

Gliscor@Yache/Lum Berry
Hyper Cutter
Timid
252 HP / 196 SpD / 60 Spe
~ Rock Polish
~ Swords Dance
~ Taunt
~ Baton Pass

Your team doesn't really benefit from Sandstorm, and it's redundant having 2 Sand Stream users. Replace Hippowdon with this:

Swampert
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Ice Beam
-Surf/Roar/Protect
Nature: Relaxed
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def or 252 HP/160 Def/68 SAtk

But gliscor has the chance of getting OHKOed.
And I wa thinking of changing Hippowdon but wasn't sure of what Pokemon to use.

He benefits from the sandstorm, is more bulky, is harder to hit and he doesn't take anywhere near the amount of damage from SR as Ninjask does. I don't get how Ninjask is better but okay, your team.

Ninjask HAS to stay alve for this to work and Protect guarantees me one turn of speed boost while sub gives me one o two SDs.
On that tiny chance Gliscor is hit with a super effective/crit attack the whole team falls to pieces.

Well, that chance is MUCH more present with Ninjask. Doesn't matter how many EVS you invest in HP and defenses; it's still very frail. You use Substitute, the foe just breaks it. Use it 4 times, you die to Sandstorm. And if the foe uses a priority attack *cough*Bullet Punch*cough*, you die.

Eh.
But if I were to use Gliscor I would have to let Hippowdon stay.

If you don't want your team to be changed, don't post it. What if your opponent has scarmory?
it can survive almost anything you can dish out, and can whirlwind away all of your boosts. It also gets a sandstorm boost. 9.5% of pokémon on shoddy were skarmory, making it over a 50% chance your opponent can shuffle around your whole team and beat you with your own sandstorm and some entry hazards, You should use ninjask as a lead, and use ingrain to prevent being roared, or use octillery. Just some advice.
