i have downloaded an emulator and pokemon roms(games) for it and while i was playing the crystal version ,i got an egg from the day-care man(he told me that a trainer didnt want it) and when the egg hatched, it contained a pichu and i wanted to know what skill it can have so i went in bulbapedia.bulbaguarden.net/wiki/..... and it said that it could have when u get it only 2 skill(thundershock and charm)but mine had 3 skills(thundershock, charm and dizzy punch)so i wanted to know if it was normal or not. thank u

if my english isisnt that good then im sorry, i dont talk alot in english

First, you aren't supposed to post in the News section for this type of thing. Hopefully, a mod will move it.
Second, Dizzy Punch is an Egg Move. They inherit moves from their parents.

Yeah the Odd Egg you get in Crystal can have one of several baby Pokemon, Pichu is one. And whichever one you get will know Dizzy Punch. I once got a shiny Magby from it.

Plus, use some common sense please. You do not talk about ROMs, which are illegal, on any forum that takes itself seriously.

An interesting fact I discovered about these eggs is that the Pokémon wlil either have 10/10/10/10/10/10 (required for Shiny), or 15/15/15/15/15/15 (this was the max at the time); the ratio is 50/50. I'm sure that's common knowledge, but most sites just say it's a 50% chance of being a shiny, not noting the superior Pokémon with Max Stats.

The fact that the Pokémon also knows Dizzy Punch, is pretty cool, but I don't think it can be considered an Egg Move.

So I guess I should feel better about my Smoochum not being shiny? Not like I was into competitive battles back then, and I heard competitive GSC sucks.
