It got deleted the last time I posted it, so I've edited it slightly to make it less "offensive"

First picture: I dunno, I can't say I like the image personaly, the man you draw looks kinda harsh nad mean to me, and it's not totaly my taste. But I have to say the shading on it is well done, essecially around the eyes, but the right side of his chin/cheek doesn't seen totaly in proportion with the other parts of his face, causing his beard and mouth not yo fit in totaly well with the other parst of his face

Second picture: I like the expresion on her face. Her head seems really big compared to her other bodyparts, but I think this in done on purpose. Essecially the shading on her shirt looks great. Her arms are too small, if you want to draw more or less anotomicaly corect, they should be about the half of her thigh-bone (when I was in art classes, it was told to short arms are a really common mistake), and they could have been made a bit thicker. Oh, and I like her eye-lashes

Third picture Again, I'd advice longer arms and I have to say you shading looks better when you're working with pencil. Is the coloring done with markers? That would explain the way of shading, shading with markers seems really hard to me, and in that way it even looks quite well. The girl could do with some more expresion and shading on her face, bu her eyes seem nice to me, but I'd advice to put the light in her eyes a bit lower, more placed in the pupils. The monkey looks funny, but I think his arms could be a bit longer too (but I'm not too well with monkeys arms)

Thanks for the comment. If anyone's wondering about Sarai's proportions, I twisted them around because she's meant to be part alien, and is loosely based around a sketch by an alien abductee:

The sketch has long arms and short legs, I went for the opposite to look less freaky.

The third picture was done in iPohot +'s airbrush. It's the first picture I've done mostly with that tool.

For comparison, here's a human character from the same project as Sarai. It's an old picture and I've since been working on gettting the anime elements out of my style:

Here's a more recent one of the same character
