Yup. It's a picture of a Wii for sale on eBay. (It's been taken down from eBay, but anyway.)

I think some of the Digg comments are absolutely correct.

Link doesn't work. Tried clicking and copy/paste. Ended up having to copy/paste and correct the link.

And the only image I saw is one we've seen before. It's quite old, actually.
 
There was something similar with the Xbox 360 last year. It's not really that interesting a second time around.
