Pidgeot. Sure, his Attack and Speed are lower, but he beats Fearow at everything else.

They're both awesome Pokemon. I've always preferred to have Pigeot though. It always impressed me more in just about every area in battle.

Pidgeot's feathers are just so long and luxurious, whereas fearow looks like a long, bony vulture.

Pidgeot. It's awesome, strong, cool, pretty, and it can act like a personal airplane if you've got a talon-proof glove. Pidgeot would be awesome, and if I could have any two Poke's as pets I'd have Pidgeot and Poochyena.

Fearow, because not only does it look similar to Ho-oh, he also has better Attack and Speed than Pidgeot.

They're both great. However, I chose Pidgeot for absolutely no reason at all. Well, I do have a reason; it's awesome in appearance.

Competitively, Fearow is clearly superior. It's not a matter of opinion, he just is. Pidgeot really did get the shaft in the stats department.

Pidgeot however, looks infinitely better in just about every aspect. Fearow just looks mean and anorexic... actually, he's probably mean because he's anorexic.

Pidgeot. First Pokemon I ever caught was a Pidgey. It was amazing.

Though Fearow's better at Attack and Speed, I choose Pidgeot, because of everything else.

Pidgeot looks better and I prefer his movepool to that smelly Fearow's.

Fearow wins. It doesn't need Brave Bird to be good, because it already has a decent Flying move: Drill Peck. It also learns Drill Run, which gives him complete coverage with Steel Wing.

Pidgeot because the amount of dedication it takes to train a Pidgey to the point where it becomes one is way higher than what it takes to turn Spearow into Fearow, and thus the Pidgeots I had and the ones I encountered were always way more awesome.

Also, because of its hairdo. And as others have said, overall superior movepool.

Pidgeot. I remember being so happy that I got him to level 100 in gold. I love him for his beautiful majestic design. Want to hug and pet him.
