zomg a new RP because I'm unbanned.


Warning: there WILL be violence and cursing/cussing. you've been warned.
Plot ;

The world has been wearing away slowly for billions of years. Only, as humans thought, the world wouldn't end while mankind was alive. Little did they know, their mistakes were worsening the planet's state. Unbelievable accidents and natural disasters broke out across the world, bringing many places to ruins. The continents of Europe and North America are the continents that haven't been hit quite yet. The humans there have finally decided it's time to fight for their lives and humanity. Around the planet Earth, there are specially placed temples. At each temple, there is a Guardian of a certain element, such as air, grass, or fire. No one has ever met a Guardian or seen these temples.
There are supposedly 8 temples around the world, with 8 Guardians. Each Guardian, as said before, has an element, and the elements they have are: Fire, Water, Grass, Earth, Air, Electricity, Ice, and Sky. A group of teenagers have been chosen to set out on the perilous journey to find these temples, defeat the Guardians, and save the world from it's upcoming end. They only have one year to accomplish this quest, and if they don't, it's lights out for them.
But, then again, the chosen people aren't exactly normal. They've been specially altered in a scientific lab. They are still human, but own unnatural abilities that will be certain to help them during their journey.
Can you save the world from it's end?

Personality ; Lenax tends to be full of emotions. She's usually happy or blank. Lenax can get very angry easily, and she blames someone for something they probably didn't do until they can convince her they didn't do whatever was claimed. She loves her friends and family, and is willing to die for them. She's quiet yet loud at the same time, and likes to talk yet likes to be silent at the same time. Lenax is hard to read because of the testing that went a little wrong with her.

History ; She was in Asia with her family and best friend when an amazingly strong storm hit, and her family died. She ran away from the storm, accidentally leaving her best friend behind. Lenax saw a TV screen showing the names of those who had died, and saw her best friend's name there. Afterwards, after seeing she had nothing left in her life, she went on a boat back to North America and traveled around New York. Lenax was then one of the randomly chosen people to be taken in and tested in a lab, and so now here she is in life.

Nicknames: Leny, Lena

Appearance: Lenax has long, brown hair she likes to keep in a side-ponytail. Her eyes are a surprisingly bright, neon green--they certainly do stick out. They also change colour dramatically depending on her mood. She's tall for her gender and age, but not too tall. She usually wears a silver charm bracelet on her right wrist. Her clothes are usually something like an orange tanktop and jeans/shorts with neon blue and neon yellow Nikes, or an army coloured vest (with no shirt under) and army-coloured shorts or regular denim jeans with any pair of shoes.

Weapon ; A gigantic sword twice her size. The handle takes two hands to fit around completely, and it's incredibly heavy--yet Lenax lifts it like it's paper.

Likes ; Rock 'n' roll music/heavy metal/etc, reading, writing, singing, music, art, technology, animals, traveling, video games, and more

Dislikes ; Spiders, most insects/bugs, stalkers/creepy people, people who think they are the best person that exists, death, thunder+lightning

Ability(abilities) ; Lenax can shake the earth with her sword, and seemingly cut weird slashes into thin air.

Personality: Eliot is a hedonist to the core. He loves women (Whom he shamelessly flirts with), money (Which he spends lavishly), and sour foods (Which he eats little but.) However, he can be genuinely nice, and even selfless at times. He is extremely spirited and outgoing too, and likes to make friends with everyone. He also loves kittens, and is truly dedicated to spreading love throughout the world.

Appearance: At exactly six feet two, Eliot's a little tall for his age. He has fairly long blue hair, mostly because he hates the barber's shop (He's worried about getting his ears chopped off.) He usually dresses in formal styles, usually wearing a tuxedo vest, button up shirt, tie, slacks, and dress shoes. He always wears a pair of pink heart-shaped sunglasses, and has uncommonly large blue eyebrows. Finally, he has a pair of kitty ears stuck to his head that he accidentally glued there.

Weapon: An electric guitar he can hit people with.

Likes: Music, sour foods, cats, jokes, women, pretty men, shiny things, being nice, helping others, love, flowers.

Dislikes: Mean people.

Personality ; Devon is a very passionate and sensitive young individual who prefers to express himself through sketching or writing poetry. Devon was secretly in love with a boy named Ryan. However, a few weeks before the group leaves, Ryan had already left to find the temples with his own group. Ryan's group has not been heard from and many unidentified corpses have been found near the temples. Devon's main goal is to find Ryan and make sure Ryan is safe and alright. Ryan's disappearance was Devon's main motivation to set out on his journey. Unforunately, this crush on Ryan sometimes blinds Devon to the consequences of his actions. Devon is a physically weak, scrawny individual and immediatly volunteered for the journey without even thinking it over first.

History ; Devon's parents went missing many years ago to find the temples. Devon was taken in and raised by a young woman named Josie. Devon considers Josie to be his mother. For most of his life, Devon quietly stayed by himself, sketching and writing poetry. For many years, Devon secretly was in love with a boy named Ryan but never told Ryan of his feelings. Ryan's recent disappearance has inspired Devon to set out on his own journey.

Appearance ; Devon is a scrawny young individual and stands at 5'9 and weighs about 110lbs. Devon's typical outfit consists of a long sleeved white collar shirt with a blue cotton vest on top. Devon wears jeans and a neatly tied belt on his legs. He wears old Rebok sneakers which have been worn out from his daily jogs and exercises. Devon's short brown hair is neatly gelled and combed. He wears a pair of glasses all of the time. One of the lens has a large crack in it and the nose piece of the glasses is held together neatly with tape.

Personality ; Dianna is a curious and naive young girl who is constantly seeking adventure. Dianna loves exploring and adventuring and was more than happy to set out on this journey. Dianna also tends to lose hope rather quickly and when she loses hope she tends to slump into a deep deppression. However, with the help of her friends, Dianna can be reached and brought back to her usual over-eager, hyperactive and adventurous self.

History ; Dianna grew up with her childhood friend, Devon. Dianna and Devon have been friends since a young age. Sometimes Dianna's hyperactive and over eager nature tends to irritate Devon and sometimes Dianna constantly has to tell Devon to lighten up and to stop looking at things so darkly. Despite their many differences, both Dianna and Devon have claimed to be the best of friends. Dianna has complete loyalty to her friend, Devon and will defend Devon if she feels that he is being insulted.

Appearance ; Dianna has long auburn hair that messily sits around her shoulders. Dianna's hair is messy and unbrushed due to her wild and adventurous nature. Dianna doesn't care much for fashion. Her usual outfit consists of a white t shirt covered by a wool hoodie with khaki shorts and sandals. Dianna's hoodie has stains of dirt and food on it. Dianna carries an asthma inhaler in her shorts pocket and often forgets to use it. Dianna also has a homemade bracelet tied around her wrist, a friendship bracelet from Devon when they were young. She also carries a necklace made out of shark's teeth around her neck.

History ; Daniel was a normal kid. He lived out in the country area of Ohio. That is, until Lake Erie froze over and a mini ice age hit it. He and his family evacuated the best they could, but some had stayed behind. His brother tried gatherin' all of their animals from their barn, but slipped on ice and died. The others, including Daniel, and a large group of people from NY, PA, and other States, including other groups from Canada and other Great Lake states, and all of 'em were goin' south, like birds.
When they got there, everything was starting to get close to normal. Until Daniel got separated from his family, and came into the hands of an organization. They performed tests on him on how to survive the colds of the north; by transfusing his blood with those of attic animals, primarily, polar bear. He is soon given the mission to head north in search of the "Temple of Ice".

Appearance ; Tall, like 6'2", has brown thick and curly hair, brown eyes, deep like a polar bear's, slightly chubby, usually wears his burgundy red hoody, and blue jeans, carries around an acustic guitar given to him by a country band.

Weapon ; has a knife and has a hand gun, but he has the ability to use snow and ice to his advantage.

Likes ; country music, reading, singing and playing his guitar, and writing

Dislikes ; rap, spiders, natural disasters, and because of his ability, heat.

Ability(abilities): As started earlier, he has the ability to control snow, ice, cold weather, etc (anything involving cold, like water for example), and can call upon Inuit and other northern native american spirits.

Other ; Uses music to try to lighten the mood.

Personality Really, the only thing you would notice about Devon is how blabby he is. He'll go running his mouth about anything, and often regret it later. He is very intelligent though, believing brains are better than brawn, refusing to use weapons like swords, or spears. This has to do with an accident in a lab, which left him weak, but intelligent.

History: In that lab altering them, Devon was going to be granted brute strength, but at the cost of intelligence. Fortunately, something went wrong with the experiment, causing him to be left incredibly weak. Before that, little much is known about him. He refuses to tell anyone anything, and the mention of what happened during and before the experiment causes him to cry and leave the room.

Appearance: Devon has pale skin. His red hair (not natural) seems want to be anywhere but on his head, moving in the slightest of breezes. He's short, at only 4'10", and has long spidery fingers. He usually wears jeans and a T-shirt, and always carries around a black messenger bag. It's usually filled with candy and magical items, of which Devon shares to anyone who asks.

Weapon: A small bottle of pills he uses for various things (healing, combat, etc.) and his hands (spell casting).

Likes: People, books, magic, and talking.

Dislikes: Conflict, know-it-alls, and villains.

Abilities: Mind reading, spell casting, and shadow manipulation.

Other: Devon is really OCD (CDO in alphabetical order :p). Other than that? Nothing.

History ; Tye's father served in the armed forces and taught him many thing about it until he died in service with his son only 15. When his father died Tye's mother left him, he lived wandering around until now. He used his knowledge of military tactics, combat, and weaponry to fight as a vigilante. Tye is very tall at 6'8, and due to his service is very fit. He wears a signature hat that he is almost seen without, it is shades of gray and black. The hat falls over his hair that is silver-ish-gray. Tye wears dog-tags that belong to his father, they dangle to the middle of his chest. He generally wears a black wife-beater under a brown track jacket. As for his lower body he wears baggy khaki cargo jeans that slightly cover his black and gray skater-style tennis shoes...

I realize it's a little of a streach but I tried to explain it with the Presidential letter and such...but if it isn't going to slide at all I can change it :/
