pikachu and meowth

many times in the amine meowth is sperated from team rocket, and pikachu is sperated from ash. pikachu and meowth team up in order to fix the problems. lets list and discuse the episodes that this happens. I remember once in the orange league islands with the giant pigeot, in canclave city, when pikachu looses his memory and joins team rocket in hoenn, and in battle fronteer episode king and queen for a day....

It also happens in the last ep of Johto, "Hoenn alone" when they're helping some Rattata fight off a gang of Haunter.

Ever since the beginning of the anime series, Pikachu and Meowth have been the primary mascots- Pikachu for the heroes and Meowth for the villains. They had to work together in certain cases (or in others, their "trainers" had to cooperate with one another for a common goal). This has been done many times in the original series, but has since disapated in Advanced Generation where Pikachu (and Meowth) were no longer "prominent" mascots.
In Diamond and Pearl, the role of the "mascot" character has almost been solely taken by Piplup. Although for one episode, they had an instance where Pikachu and Meowth were separated and cooperated with each other (although it was suspicious of the latter).

Of course Meowth always does it so they can catch Pika + the fact that he knows his battling skills are... low, and can't fend off attackers.... and also in one ep (IIRC the Hoenn one) it was shown that Meowth gets tired pretty quickly if he walks around...guess that baloon is bad for his fitness

We haven't had a Nyasu and Pikachu (alone) ep for years! :-( I used to love those eps.

I agree. Nyasu hasn't had any real focus (DP 103 was like half focus) since they were on the Orange Archipelago!

Like in the one where Pikachu has amnesia. Meowth has a brilliant plan, but feels guilty the whole way through.

In the one where a Pidgeot carries them off, Pikachu is too smart to fall for any of Meowth's tricks. I really enjoyed when they took down that Rhydon.
