A Pikachu Event was announced for the SK Wyverns baseball game on August 8th, 2015. A youtube video teaser was featured on the Pokemon Korea Channel.

It looks like it will just be Pikachu cheering/dancing or something of the such. The Kakao Talk announcement (picture link just in case) says

2015년 8월 8일(토)! 인천 SK 행복드림구장에서 특별한 응원이 펼쳐집니다!

which translates to something like

Saturday, August 8, 2015! A special cheer at Incheon's SK Happy Dream Stadium!

The announcement on the Kakao Talk page also shows a picture of the Pikachu costumes used frequently at events/etc as well. So I highly doubt there will be a distribution of Pikachu, and instead Pikachu will just do some cheering/dancing. There's also the Pokemon Mega Battle Festival going on the same day where a Shiny Charizard will be distributed, so I highly doubt there will be a Pikachu distribution of any kind. Possible? Yes. Likely? I think not.

I'm surprised there's never been a Pokemon Night in the North American minor leagues. The Tacoma Rainiers would be perfect, as they're the AAA affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, who are owned by Nintendo of America.
