Julian Fong of Ingress Productions put this little gem together for Sakura Con, Pacific Northwest Anime Convention, in 2003 and took home the Best Comedy Award. In a brilliant move, Fong brought together two seemingly disparate subjects, Pokemon and the movie Gladiator, and combined them into 1 minute and 47 seconds worth of absolute genius. Generally when you see things like this, the lip-syncing is terrible and the story doesn't match the action, but Fong doesn't miss a trick and the result is nothing short of hilarious. Ohhh yes. I've had this one on my computer since 2003. Definitely one of my favorite Pokemon vids EVAR. Along with Scott Melzer's Fight Club one, Otaku Vengeance's "Bitches," Gilligan's Island and a couple others. :-D
