Platinum Battle Factory Horror Story: Swept by Lickilicky

So this weekend I was playing at the battle Factory stacking in My BP's. I was down to my seventh trainer battle against Thornton for the Silver print. At the beginning he usually provides you with a percentage like 87% or 94%. I noticed that the higher the percentage the less of a chance you stand against him not matter what. Because he usually will score critical hits like 95% of the time.

Let me narrate my battle against him. I had Espeon, Steelix and Salamence. All I saw from him was a stupid Lickilicky with Shadow Ball, Body Slam, and Earthquake. My Espeon was the lead, the first turn I switched out to Steelix, he shadow balled me and score a critical hit bringing my health to about half, he then Body Slams me scoring a paralysis and another critical hit. it brought me down to about 87HP, fearing another EQ I switched to Salamence to bring down his attack and avoid the EQ unfortunately for me he body slammed me and scored another critical hit and knocked my Salamence out. I then went to steelix he EQ me again knocking it out. I then move on to poor Espeon I managed to get a psychic in on it bringing him down to the yellow HP bar, but once again he body slams me scoring another critical hit. I at this point was like WTF , I was so close to throwing my DS through the wall at the stupidity of the odds.

What horror stories do you guys have at the battle factory or any other battle frontier locations?
 
I got to the gold print challenge in the Battle Tower using a Garchomp, a Heatran and a Mamoswine.
Regigigas took down my Mamoswine and then my Garchomp finished him in one shot. Cresselia used Ice Beam on my Garchomp and then Garchomp fainted.
My Heatran was scarfed, and had the moves Earth Power, Flamethrower, Dragon Pulse, and Explosion.
The only way I could win was by using Dragon Pulse as Earth Power wouldn't hurt Cresselia and Flamethrower wouldn't hurt Heatran and Explosion would faint me.

So I kept Dragon Pulsing since there was nothing else I could do and I ended up struggling.
I now hate Cresselia.
 
In Battle Hall, I was running a RestTalk Milotic set with Rest, Sleep Talk, Surf, Ice Beam. This is a good set when not battling Ice, and Water pokemon, I had 3 struggle battles just in the Water and Ice parts (I won them all by the way)

Again, in Battle Hall, I was running a typical Garchomp sweeper, Swords Dance, Outrage, Earthquake, Fire Fang. Ran into a Dusknoir and had the absolute worst luck. Heres how the battle went.

I used Outrage assuming I would 2 shot him. it did a little more than half damage. Next turn his Quick Claw kicks in and he uses rest, so again my Outrage hits doing almost exactly half damage. I'm now confused. I was confused for 4 turns. I hurt myself in confusion all 4 turns. In that 4 turns he used Rest again, and Shadow Punched me which crit. hit. I won that battle with 4 HP left after I finally broke out of Confusion, used Swords Dance and Outraged it for a OHKO.

I also lose in Battle Tower a lot for BS reasons, the most memorable was where I got swept by a Froslass because apparently a typical physical sweeper Lucario build, does not OHKO Froslass with Crunch. The Frolass was slightly faster than me, and 2HKO'd me with Psychic. The other pokemon pokemon I had in my line-up were Starmie, and Garchomp, both got OHKO'd by Shadow Ball and Blizzard.
 
It was my fourtheen battle at the Battle Arcade and I got Togekiss, Gallade and Torterra. With his Metagross, the other dude knocked out all of my pokemon and since that, I made my Togekiss learn the move Heat Wave...

I think you are trying to be this site biggest brown noser. I think this past month you have posted 500 + responses. They were either put downs, calling things and people retarded and/or stupid or they were non sense! CONGRATULATIONS!!! You've done it.

I really like Togekiss's move pool and a proper Nature when used properly he can devastate! Any updates on his progress against Metagross?
 
I always do horribly in the Battle Factory.

I don't remember much aside from having an Azumarill that usually swept everyone else's Pokemon. Then, when I got to the seventh battle it was absurdly hard. I kept switching my 'mons in and out and out and in and argghhhh I got beaten slowly. :'(

To this day I detest Swellow.
 
I've never beaten Noland.
It seems no matter what I do, he always has the right thing.
For example: my team of Charizard, Heracross and Scizor was swept by his Milotic, Gyarados and Kingdra. :mad:

Dude, no need to triple post. There is a multiquote function, that way you can reply to multiple comments in one post. And you act like you're all watching me, but 98% of my posts outside random board are serious.
