Thank you guys for the help! If anybody else has something they would like to input please feel free!

I also need a Physical sweeper and some advice on who to replace, preferably I would like something to help with my Gengar problem as he seems to be a common downfall.

I would replace Roserade with Celebi since Celebi has more bulk and can accomplish the same thing.

Also why do you have Avalanche on Gyara?

Agreed. Roar works well on sleep talking gyara to shuffle the opponent's team. If you want another attack, maybe go for Return for neutral coverage.

In your (short) descriptions, you explain each move, but it would help if you tell us why yu used each pokemon instead of another.

Comment: Aerodactyl with it's high speed can quickly set up Taunt blocking any boosts that may come up
thats not what taunt on a lead is for. It is for blocking other leads from setting up spikes, toxic spikes, or stelth rock, as well as sleeping you.

Also, as I said earlier, why use this over azelf, as in your description, it makes no effort to differentiate the two.

Electivire: It just doesnt pack enough of a punch now. While it has good coverage, it just cant hit hard enough with nuetral attacks on pokemon like rotom forms. Again, your description could be the exact same for a jolteon (who is better, imo)

Roserade: why not use shaymin or celebi? Each have their own niches, and you have to use roserade because of on of thm, or it could be outclassed.

gyarados: Same as above, why not use skarmory or another wall.

Umbreon: This Umbreon is 100% outclassed by blissey, use that instead.

forry: I wouldnt use explosion. I would use payback to hit ghost types, since the will wall you and stop rapid spin.

Its actually a pretty good team, but I would like to know why you use some pokemon over others.

edit: beaten twice while typing.

I really don't like the Gyarados, to be honest. You can go with the BulkyGyara set:
-Dragon Dance
-Taunt
-Waterfall
-Stone Edge/Bounce
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 156 HP/72 Atk/96 Def/184 Spe

If you don't like that set, you can swap Avalanche out for Roar (for pseudo-hazing purposes)

You were right, thank you for the feed back. Changed practicly the entire team. Thinking about getting rid of Forretress for Rapid Spin Starmie since fire pokemon are putting and end to me on Shoddy. For Ubermensch and PlatinumDude, I removed Gyara because I could get walled very easily by Celebi with it.

I only told you to replace two pokemon. THe rest i asked, why not something else. When building a team, look at what each pokemon's role is ask yourself, what does this counter (in the case of a defensive pokemon) or KO (For an offensive one). THen check what other pokemon can do the same, and choose which does this better and has more synergy.

First off, 3 psychic types means the tyranitar and magnezone combo murders you. REplace a psychic type for something else. Also, when looking at your team, I see 2 things.
1. A lack of offense
2. A lack of ability to wear the opponent down

As such, I would recomend replacing celebi with a roserade with toxic spikes. with a base 125 SpA, it can do damage, and it has a base 105(?) SpD and toxic spikes to weaken your opponent down. Also, make sure it has HP electric, since otherwise you cant really deal with flygon. (that or give starmie ice beam over t-bolt)
