sooo...
I haven't made a team yet ive been thinking.
Havent played any pokemon games since gold and silver.
Please rate it. I don't care how harsh you may rate it, its better for me. Also put down any weaknesses (I know no group is prefect now),strengths and what items to use about this group.:unworthy:
Im trying to use a group of pokemon that many won't see alot.

Glaceon
Get rid of endure unless your using a pinch berry. Hail doesnt work either since nobody else on your team is immune to it. I'd replace completely with something like flareon.
Gallade close combat over drain punch, night slash over shadow sneak. To hit flying types you could pick ice punch or thunder punch. They both hit flying types but ice punch hits dragons while thunder punch hits waters.
charizard Replace fly with something like focus blast. Other than that it looks okay.
SpiritombThat set is terrible IMO. Replace rest with pain split and curse with will-o-wisp.
PorygonZreplace hyper beam with tri attack. Done use trick room, maybe signal beam. Also maybe ice beam over toxic.
torterra I have never used one so I wouldnt know about it.

Also if you posted ev's and held items that would really help.

Torterra should never be a mixed sweeper. Never.

Charizard should drop fly for Stone Edge/Focus Punch
Also, pick Flare Blitz, item Life Orb

Okay well, your team has some good Pokemon in there, their movesets could use improvements though. Note: unless stated, the natures you've given them are all good

Glaceon:

I don't get the strategy behind this. Glaceon is slow and even with Endure, it's not going to survive long with this moveset. You should make her a support pokemon:

Substitute
Wish
Baton Pass
Ice Beam

If you want to make her a sweeper you're gonna have to invest in speed...alot, and probably give her a choice scarf:

Ice Beam
Water Pulse
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power[Electric]

Charizard:

Not too shabby. He doesn't work as a mixed sweeper. Your best options are to go fully special or to use Bellyzard. Give him a modest nature with a Choice Specs item:

Flamethrower
Focus Blast
Air Slash
Dragon Pulse

Or use Bellyzard with a leichi/salac berry:

Substitute/Fly
Fire Punch
Belly Drum
Earthquake

Gallade:

Simply add Swords Dance instead of Bulk Up. There's no such thing as a pure flying type so one of your moves should get most of them for at least neutral damage. Also, he's got enough base attack, I'd say give him a jolly nature to help increase his subpar speed stat

Torterra:

Mixed Torterra? Bad idea. CurseTerra on the other hand:

Curse
Wood Hammer
Leech Seed
Earthquake

Spiritomb:

Is good. There's nothing I'd change about it

Porygon-Z:

Charizard and Porygon-Z have a good enough speed stat that Trick Room would hinder them more than help them, I'd go with Nasty Plot since it will double his already beastly Sp. Attack. Hyper Beam is a beast of a move on this pokemon but the free turn is something you NEVER want to give the opponent. I'd choose to go with Tri Attack if I were you. Finally, the last moveslot could go to Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Dark Pulse for type coverage. You can also drop Recover to give him both Thunderbolt and Ice Beam (which hits absolutely everything in the game for at least neutral damage.) To reiterate:

Tri Attack
Nasty Plot
Recover/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Dark Pulse
