umm they can't learn Aqua Tail or Sucker Punch... but i can teach it earthquake

@Dark Victini; Seviper can learn those two moves, but only through Move Tutor or Bred from two Gen IV Sevipers that learned the move. I understand that any Gen V Seviper that does not already know these moves will not be able to learn them, but there was no need for the derisive um appended to the front of your comment.
