Hello there everyone, my name is Stratocaster, or at least on the internet it is...

As you may have guessed I am brand new here, all right I registered yesterday but that was too late at night to post. Now to business:

About me... Well, I'm 17 years old, male and from the UK for a start. I'm currently studying to become a medical student at high school and I enjoy various other things in my spare time including Creative writing, on the internet as fanfiction and roleplays and I am now writing the beginning of a novel I have had planned for a while now. I, as you may have guessed from my name, enjoy playing guitar, both electric and acoustic and enjoy music which includes plenty of it.
In recent news I just failed my driving test on Tuesday... *sigh*

Oh yeah I'm also into photoshop and photoshopping things so I'll try my hand at making anything anyone asks me to graphics wise. :)

I'm still a Pokémon fan despite being 'too old' for it and I'll admit I don't exactly go around telling people in real life, but in my bedroom I still want to be a Pokémon Master ^^"

I decided to sign up here because I have for some time now made very good and enjoyable use of the Bulbapedia which I believe to be one of the finest series specific resources on the internet and decided that I should delve deeper into the clearly excellent community behind it. I look forwards to talking with you all and taking part in some roleplays and other projects etc around the place in time.

I know people prefer newbies to make a decent length intro but If I'm not carefull I'll be dragging on.. So I'm going to shut up now :sweatlol:

I'm pretty sure its hard not to like photoshop once you've tried it, but I'm pretty sure I can't use it right yet either... One day maybe practise will make perfect for both of us.

Hi everyone! :) Thank you all for being so welcoming. I'm feeling a bit lost at the moment, such a large forum..., but I'm sure I'll get to grips with it soon.

Its nice to meet fellow pokémon loving guitarists and British doctor wannabes ^^ Wow, thats a surprising amount in common... And I'm glad my intro was sufficiently long XD.

Too old? I'm 21 and still like pokemon, my sister whos 14 calls me a baby for liking pokemon still but I tried to tell her many people like pokemon that are my age and she thinks its sad but whatever.

Don't worry to much, this will cheer you up, a friend of mine did his driving test, failed theory 3 times and the actual test 5 before he passed and someone else I knew failed his test 8 times, so there is hope for you yet.

Good to know someone who plays guitar...I have 3 acoustic (one nylon string) and one electric and can't play any of them, sad I know.

Well, thinking I never said wecome when I joined.

Lol, OK, I guess I'm not the oldest person to like Pokémon, but I think your sister is probably right in some respects and wrong in others, its not as sad as people think... but its probably pretty sad... But who cares!? I know I don't so long as its not made public ^^"

Yeah, that's my alternate course of action, I want to do a design degree as much as I want to be a doctor.

I'm not worried that I failed my test, though thanks for trying to cheer me up all the same. Actually it was quite a victory in defeat because it proved my point which I had been saying for weeks before the test, I knew I wasn't ready and no-one listened ,so meh...

Its sad that you don't play all those guitars. I keep one by my computer chair and strum away at it whenever I'm not typing. That's a good way to make sure you keep playing.

Welcome to the site, it's nice to see so many people posting longer intros lately ^_^! And- I enjoy photoshop, I don't own it but everytime I can use it for a drawing is pure heaven ^_^!
