PMD1- Pikachu

Ok, in lieu of PMD2 coming out, I decided to replay my game of PMD1. And I was thinking which would be the best moveset for me (Pikachu) and my partner, Chikorita.

For Pikachu, I'm insisting that I have Agility, and ThunderBolt.
And for Chikorita, I'm insisting that I have Reflect and Synthesis.

What should the movesets be?
