Is there a way of getting access to manga scans (or the manga itself) of Pocket Monsters Ruby-Sapphire and DP (the one with Isamu Akai, Pikachu and Clefairy)?

I tried looking them up but the results I got weren't clear. Maybe add in Black and White as well.
 
Asking for scans is not allowed here, but as for purchasing the manga try Japanese bookstore websites? Or ebay?
