Yeah. Recently, the DP Series of Pocket Monsters Anime started airing in Korea.

Here's the ad picture.

It's funny that Korea didn't even finish Houen yet and they're airing Shin'ou already. Well, that's because 3 different TVs broadcast Pocket Monsters in Korea (Anione & CHPMP are airing Houen, while SBS air Shin'ou).

Korean titles of First five DP Episodes are as follows:

DP1: 새로운 여행! 신참 트레이너 나빛나! - New Journey! New Trainer Bitna!
202번 도로에서 피카츄를 찾아라! - Search for Pikachyu on Route No. 202!
새로운 라이벌 등장! 3 대 3 포켓몬 시합! - Enter The New Rival! 3 v. 3 Pokemon Match!
팽도리 대 꼬몽울! 빛나의 첫 시합! - Pengdori vs. Kkomong'ul! Bitna's Debut Match!
모부기, 넌 내 거야! - Mobugi, You Are Mine!

As you noticed, Hikari's Korean Dub Name is 빛나 Bitna (an obvious choice, direct translation of Hikari).
Dr. Nanakamado's Korean Dub Name is 마박사 Ma-Baksa (Doctor Ma).
Shinji's Korean Dub Name is 진철 Jincheol.
Shin'ou Region is 신오지방 Sin'o Region.
Futaba (Twinleaf) Town's Korean Name is 떡잎마을 Tteok'ip Maeul ("Two Leaves Village")

Furthermore, those episodes revealed some Pokemon's Korean Names. The names are from Korean Wikipedia.

Pottaishi (Prinplup) is 팽태자 Pengtaeja
Mukkuru (Starly) is 찌르꼬 Jjireukko
Mukubird (Staravia) is 찌르버드 Jjireubird
Mukuhawk (Staraptor) is 찌르호크 JjireuHawk
Bippa (Bidoof) is 비버니 Beaverni
Beadal (Bibarel) is 비버통 Beavertong
Koroboshi (Kricketot) is 귀뚤뚜기 Gwittulttugi
Subomy (Budew) is 꼬몽울 Kkomong'ul
Minomutchi (Burmy) is 도롱충이 Dorongchung'i
Nyarumah (Glameow) is 나옹마 Naongma (it seems that Yaoming was fake)
Muscippa (Carnivine) is 무스틈니 Maseuteumni

I'll possibly update when more names are revealed. So, watch this space.

Will the Korean DP opening be available on the internet soon? The Koreans tend to do good openings. Both one and two were awesome *hasn't heard the others*
Oooh, cant wait to hear Shinji's Korean name. Silly but you gotta know your boy's names in the different countries. I did it with Clair too.
 
Didn't the Manaphy movie come out in Korea like a week after it came out in Japan?

I would have thought the TV series would be the same way.

I got it from short synopsis on Official Korean Pokemon Website. So, Shinji = Jincheol.

How do you pronounce it though? I say jin chay oh l.
Sounds like a cross between Michael and chinchilla

Jin-chorl, I think. (Korean "r/l" is between "r" and "l", just like Japanese "r".)

"o" and "eo" are practically undistinguishable for English speaker.

Anyway, cheol (meaning Iron) is a common word used for boy's names in Korea.

I'm excited to hear the Korean opening, too!! <3 I actually haven't heard any of the Korean dub, and actually only heard the first opening, but I adored that. Bitna~! Cute.
 
Why does Paul look incredibly happy and Brock's no where to be found? If I was waiting for D/P in Korea, I'd be highly mislead!

2 New Names revealed:

Pottaishi - 팽태자 Pengtaeja

No new episode is set for tomorrow. Thus, the website doesn't give any new title. I think we'll wait till Monday.
 
That picture was used as an ad for the Japanese dub, and fansites spread it around. I don't recall it ever being used ...in America!
 
There is no new DP episode set for now but there's an inkling that first Mysterious Dungeon Special is going to be aired in Korean.

Korean title for this special is


"포켓몬스터 불가사의 던전 출동 포켓몬구조대 파이팅즈!"
"Pocket Monsters Mysterious Dungeon - Sailing Pokemon Rescue Team <<Fightings>>"

So Ganbarus/GoGetters are named Fightings in Korean version.
