The question is, does it have english subtitles? Do any of the Japanese pokemon DVDs have english subtiles come to think of it?
 
Just asking, becuase I have known some Japanese DVDs to have them, mostly tv series...
 
Those are probably the American releases, or, more likely, pirated DVDs.
 
There are legit ones, such as the Fullmetal Alchemist special edition one.

True, and some live action tv series. What makes them far different from the rip off Hong Kong DVDs is that real subs on a Japanese DVD are very well done:spin:
