I'm just posting this for funzies, but I just watched the English trailer for HGSS again on YouTube.

Also, that guy who does the voiceover for that trailer has, like, the perfect voice for doing trailers.
I didn't even know they MADE trailers for the Pokemon games until I saw that one.
How bout this trailer, which I just made up? Just 'cause I can. Would you buy this game? Just imagine that guy's voice doing the commentary with similar music like the one for HGSS's trailer.
*A mountaintop is shown in the distance during a stary night. A large bird Pokemon on the peak is shown spreading its wings before the moon darkens and and the Pokemon's eyes flash silver. Then it lets out an eerie birdcall and the screen goes black*
*As the first rays of sunlight glisten over the horizon, a four legged beast Pokemon's eyes flash gold before it roars. The sun rises, as if the Pokemon called it forth. The titles of the games appear over the sun with beams of sunlight shining through the gaps in the letters, real drammatically*
Commentator: "Pokemon RISING SUN and DARKENED MOON!"
*Videos of the player running around, showing how the player is more to scale and can walk diagonally now.*
Commentator: "Explore the visually stunning Centro region!"
*Some visuals of lakes, rivers, mountaintops and cliff edges with Pokemon and trainers scattered around in the 3D overworld as well as the inside of a Gym showing a bunch of cool 3D stuff...(I don't know, use your imagination!)*
Commentator: "Experience the enhanced 3D visuals on the Nintendo 3DS. Epic battles await you!"
*A battle is shown. It has a full 3D background of a forest as a Sceptile and Groudon face off. The Groudon uses Flamethrower. A battle between you and the rival is shown as he sends out a starter Pokemon*
Commentator: "Strive to the top and defeat the evil Team Aqua and Team Magma!"
*A battle with Archie and Maxie is shown as they send out Magcargo and Pelliper.*
"Collect over 600 Pokemon and trade and battle with fellow players!"
*Trade sequence. The player recieves a Pikachu*
Commentator: "The legends of Centro await you..."
*A 3D cutscene begins showing the player and rival in front of a large temple with Unown scribblings as it begins to collapse and a legendary Pokemon rises from the ground with beams of light around it. The Pokemon's call is heard just after the screen goes black*
*Cuts to the sun being covered up by the moon during an eclipse with only a small ray of light showing (like the 'Heroes' logo). Zapdos, Moltres and Articuno fly past before there's some sparkly effects and the games' titles appear*
Commentator: "Pokemon RISING SUN and DARKENED MOON! Coming 2011!"
*'2011' shows up onscreen*

I think this kind of trailer is pretty plausable after I saw the HGSS one...Do you think something like it will appear for Gen 5? What do you think of my creative skills? ;-) Are they :thumbup: or :dodgy:?
