Heh, not bad. I'm doing the same thing with a whole bunch of sprites, but not as many as your's.

The only thing that looks a bit off is that they all have different styles - some of them have black outlines and some of them have colored ones.

These technically aren't revamps - you need to fix the shading and outline to make it a revamp... but hell, this must have taken a while, well done!

Agreed. And to me a revamp as also some sort of change, while keeping the old sprite's spirit; but different people, different opinions. I just feel like the sprite should be almost totally revamped.
