This is a (loose) retelling of the story of Code Geass if it had characters from Death Note, Half Life and Pokemon.

One day Geass was on an adventure with his friend Mao when the Combines from Half-Life started shooting at him and killed Mao. Geass hid in an alley, but the combines followed him. But then he found a woman in the trash can! She was an escaped convict who Light Yagami kidnapped so he could use her for evil, for she had the power of 11, which she could use to give others powers, depending on who they are, and her name was See 2.

Now, the Combine are going to all kill everyone in the town where See 2 and Geass are, and the rebels are going to stop them! Where will you be when the revolution comes?

Terms:
Combine: Pokemon Light fused to serve as his army, making them sentient super soldiers. Most are evil, but some rebelled against their evil master. Their better unarmed than humans, but most are unable to effectively wield weapons. They also have trouble communicating with humans without special training (Think Meowth from the anime), and if a Combine is found that doesn't serve the government, they're usually killed on sight. They also have lifespans of only a few years. Appearance-wise, they vary greatly, from horrible abominations to totally human except for one or two Pokemon traits.

Eleven: A mystical power given by the gods when they're bored. It allows a human to give other humans powers, as long as they know the person's name. Each human can have one power, and it all depends on who they are. Thus, people with names like 'Forrest' or 'Daisy' are likely to recieve plant powers, while people with red hair and fiery tempers are very likely able to manipulate fire. It's unclear what powers it, but it has been observed people with more will to live are more adept at their use.

The Spire: A huge tower in the middle of Japan that has been there as far back as anyone can remember. It houses Light and his five generals: Suzaku, Sayu, A cyborg known as Neku, Cyrus, and Dr. Breen.

Rules:
-No godmodding
-Swearing is fine, and I don't care much about gore as long as you're not descrbing tendons ripping and flesh being torn from the bones, but no sex scenes.
-If you've read that, put the phrase 'ROW ROW FIGHT DA POWA' somewhere in your sign up.

Forms:
Name:
Age:
Race: Human or Combine
Profession:
Faction: Rebel, nuetral, or Empire, as well as any you want to make.
Personality:
Appearance:
History:
Powers: Aside from the powers See 2 hands put, there are many other sources. Combines already have them, and many humans can use psychic powers (E.g. Pyrokinesis, telekinesis, but no mind reading) via chips in their brains that awaken psychic abilities, or mutations caused by chemicals in fast food or television.
Weapon:
Pokemon: (Note: Combine can't have pokemon, as most pokemon that haven't known the combine from birth dislike it, due to seeing it as blasphemy against nature. Oh, and no legendaries.)
Other:

Sign up should be a total of 5 paragraphs.

Note: I need somebody to play as Geass. DOn't worry, you don;t have to have your guy act like him. You can just slap his name on to any character you already have for all I care. I just need somebody to play as him. Ditto for See 2, although I can just play as her if need be.

This is pretty awesome, but I'm kinda confused. When you say my character can be a Combine, does that mean I'll be Overwatch or an Advisor?

Uhh...What? No, dude, combines were just made by Light as soldiers to take over the world. Most of the ones that would want take government office (Witch is what I think you mean by adviser) are too impulsive and hotheaded to do so well, and the rest wouldn't join him. I suppose you could have an exceptionally clever evil combine as a high ranking noble. It'd be rare, but I'd allow it, sure.

Name:Atlas

Age:24

Race:Human

Profession:A former Soilder gone druggy

Faction: Rebel

Personality:He used to be warm and happy until the experiment were his best five freinds died and now hes cold cruel and methodical. He loves the cold and water.

Appearance:http://media.comicvine.com/uploads/0/2835/813459-0_21_robotroop_350_super.jpg in black with a P 90 http://thumbnail.image.rakuten.co.jp/@0_mall/ggimport/cabinet/gun03/p-90.jpg

History: When he turned 18 he joined the army but at the age of 19 scientists did experiment on him and a few others to make "super solders".He finally got away and started studing in solotude. He knows 26 diffrent fighting styles and he also studyed in math, science, biophysics and other things. He now lives in his dead blood brothers cabin/ fortress were he monitors transporting and...other things the Combines do. After 4 years he escaped the scientists but he still needs the injections or else he will go through a lot of pain and then death. That fact causes him still to have contact with the scientists. He has problems with fire and hights. He loves studing in peace and queit. he hates war because it reminds him of all the people he was forced to kill. He always has nightmares about his comrads and friends that didnt take the ANEX 45.He also likes greek mythology which is ironic since his name is also the name of atlas(he who holds the world) which is a greek titan.

Powers: Turns in a twisted lump of psychotic human flesh that rips things in peaces when ANEX 45(used to make super solders) gets injected into him.

Weapon:a P 90

Other:'ROW ROW FIGHT DA POWA' sounds funny. It makes me think of pirates in a boat with a captian saying row row and that they are fighting the goverment.

It's not long enough (20-25 sentences total), and you didn't read the rules. Also, a `faction' is a group of people. From what you said, there's only one person like him. You can make a faction for him, but I need a summary of it.

Name: Zaar
Age: 29
Race: Human
Profession: Assassin
Faction: Bounty Hunter. Essentially, he's still directly involved in the battle, but he'll be switching sides to whichever sounds more appealing.

Personality: Zaar's personality is twofold. Nomrally, he's cold, remorseless, and thinks that everyone, with no exceptions, is inherently underneath him, and treats them as such. His favorite past-time is causing pain, whether physical or emotional, to others. However, either in the heat of battle or when his temper is flared, Zaar grows psychotic, going on a psychopathic, mass-murdering rampage, howling with laughter as the blood of his foes flow around him.

Appearance: Is as more skinny than a twig on a dead tree, and more pale than a ghost. Has blood-red eyes, normally filled with twisted and sadistic glee, the left of which having a gruesome scar that is covered by his unkempt raven-dark hair. Wears a pitch-black robe with a matching hood.

History: Zaar grew up in a small village in Japan, being trained in martial arts and the art of swordsmanship. Zaar, however, was completely defiant about honor and chivalry and all of that "outdated nonsense." He also had, and still has a vicious streak that could probably stretch across the world almost three times. He ended up being banished from his home at the age of 17, and became an assassin for hire, working for many criminal organizations.

Eventually, he was approached by a strangely dressed soldier in one of the many alleys of Japan while on another one of his assassinations. The soldier spoke in a horribly butchered form of English, but he beckoned Zaar to follow him. He obliged, and found himself in a fairly new building in the center of Japan. There, he was hired as an assassin by a man calling himself Light. He was definitely psychotic, but it would've been hypocritical for him to mention it.

Powers: Being able to telekinetically move small to moderately sized objects, which he acquired due to a chip in his brain, being able to umbrakinetically extinguish light around him, due to his mind and soul being so severely corrupted. He also has necrokinesis, an Eleven power granted to him.

Weapon: Mortemietitore, his twin katana.

Pokemon: Spiritomb, (Raaz) and Houndoom. (Bloodhound)

Other: ROW ROW FIGHT DA POWA! Whatever that means.

You're in, although I'd like you to expand upon Zaar's powers, as well as supply an origin for them.

Yeah, good. Accepted. Nigma, though I'd like more for personality, you're in.

No Geass is the main guy's name. The powers are called Eleven. And it's not C2, it's See 2. But sure, go ahead.

Are you talking about the guy from the show or someone you made up? The main guy's name is Lelouch on the anime and the power is called geass and the girl's name is spelled C2...

Oh and thanks.

No, I watched an episode of the anime. I'm pretty sure Lelouche is a British insult, since they live in Britain. And why would they call it Code Geass and not Code Lelouche then? And See 2 looks cooler than C2.

I actually watched the show. It's called Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. C2 is also called C.C... Lelouch is given the geass (also referred to as the "power of the gods") by C2. He is part britannian and Japanese, and is against the government for it's slavery-like treatment to the Japanese and through his geass, he was able to use his mind control to get people to rebel against Britannia.

They live in Japan, in a future where an empire called Britannia has taken over and they no longer even call the japanese by their race but by something insulting like "the other ones"...

Death Note isn't named after Light, that doesn't mean Light isn't the main character of the show.

Don't you think it'd be hard to role play an rpg with a show you have limited knowledge of? I know the show is cool but the characters and story is much too deep to just rp after only watching one episode...

And many characters have geass on the show... At least, four normal humans...

Actually, when I first made it, I chose shows I have limited knowledge of for a reason. Look at the blog post I linked. When you figure it out, keep in mind that, though it is a fairly esoteric game, I do seriously want to gm this though. Okay, fine, you can call Geass Lelouche, but only because it's his nickname.

.... He only goes by the aliases Zero, 11th prince of Britannia... And one more... The blog was about really thinking through your rp... To make a plot that makes sense...

Nothing against your rp because I think the idea is interesting... I just think you're going to gm a rpg with limited knowledge to the show's plots, characters and their situation, and so on and so forth...

But if you're willing for the challenge then go ahead...

You'll figure it out. For now, just don't worry about any of the show's in question's plots.

Ah okay, well, I'm excited to see where you go with this.

One more question: Is this rpg completely in an alternative universe because Mao and Lelouch have nvrr been friends... Mao is just a creepy villian... Who wants to kill C2 but acts like he's in love with her...

It might be easier though if you rpg-ed with more than one gm, each one over the show that they have the most knowledge of rather than one person

No, no, no. The point is that it takes elements from the show freely, but doesn't need to follow any of it's rules, and I'm on every day, so I don't need a co-gm. Also, yes, Mao is Geass' friend here. Meanwhile, here's the sign up for Suzaku, Light's cousin and first general, and Dr. Breen, Light's second general and a pioneer of the study of psionics!

Name: Suzaku

Age: 26

Race: Human

Profession: General

Faction: Empire

Personality: An eleven killed his parents, so he wants them all dead. He's also quite twisted, as well as xenophobic, hating America, Canada, and Spain especially. He takes a 'the ends justify the means' approach to politics. In fact, just before the RP started, he gave the order to destroy the town where See 2 lived (Pictured). However, he has a softer side: He loves his wife, Takada, and would do anything to protect her from harm. He also loves animals.

Appearance: http://anime.osiristeam.net/images/reviews/suzaku.jpg

History: As mentioned before, an Eleven killed his parents. In order to get revenge, he took marksmanship, martial arts, and weight training classes, was accepted into the military, and quickly rose through the ranks. He caught the eye of Light, and was given a test: He had to save a squad that was desperately losing, though he would risk losing the others. He suggested to Light that they simply carpet bomb the area. Hearing this, Light didn't hesitate to promote him to his current rank.

Powers: He has an Eleven power (Though he thinks it's from the candy he often eats.) which let's him control fire. Actually due to the candy he eatsa, he can recover from life threatening wounds in hours, making him a formidable foe in battle. On the non-supernatural side, he has a god-like pain resistance, and is almost totally fearless.

Weapon: He doesn't use them much now that he can combine fire with his martial arts techniques, but he always carries two submachine guns.

Pokemon: None.

Name: Dr. Breen

Age: 57

Side: The Empire

Profession: Scientist/General

Personality: Though he helps the Empire, he doesn't necessarily agree with their goals, whatever they are. The main reason he's helping them is Eleven powers fascinate him. They have similar properties to psionics, but are much stronger. Also, while psionics are usually powered by thoughts (And thus work better for smarter people) Eleven powers use something totally different, that he can't figure out, which intrigues him even more, as he loves little more than learning, and will stop at nothing to gain knowledge. However, he has a much darker side, as his use of modular psionics has messed with his mind, making him subject to constant mood swings and often violent. Thus he mostly stays out of the public eye, only leaving the Spire to deal with things that directly affect him and his research. He also hosts a television program, a popular show about psionics and how to use then best.

History: He rarely talks about it, but his fellow generals have managed to piece things together: In school, he was a top student, but, while his grades were rather good, he was plagued by visions of the future: Animals being fused into horrible abominations, and the world being ruled by a totalitarian dictator, with him as a high ranking noble and racing to find some sort of secret. He was laughed at, and his councilor chalked it up to childhood foolishness. However, he knew it would happen, he could tell, and warned people about it from middle school to high school to college. He knew he was right, he was even looking forward to the day it would come. Until it did. Light came to power, and combined with his knowledge of science, he was quickly hired by the government, and eventually made a general.

Appearance: http://developer.valvesoftware.com/w/images/3/3b/Breen.jpg. From an ad for his show, The Dr. Breen Show

Weapon: Usually doesn't carry one, but is okay with a laser pistol.

Powers: He has implanted many, many chips into his brain to increase his psionic power, much more than is considered safe. As a result, he has telekinesis, can shoot out electricity and crystallized thoughts, and control the minds of non-Pokemon creatures (Bugs, mice, cats, etc.)
