Can I be allowed to get an Eevee?

Yes.

You may catch one official starter (Squirtle, Tepig, Snivy, etc.), but the others, such as Eevee, Pichu, Riolu, Teddiursa, etc are fine as long as you make sure that where you catch them makes sense or has a good reason if it doesn't make sense.

My sign up refers to me already having Riolu but I didn't realise we needed it as a starter so just cover that mistake up xD
