The folks over at the independent video game record label GameChops are today releasing Poké Lofi, the latest album from the duo of Nate and Canaan Evans under their Super Lofi 64 project. Covering all generations of the main series games through to Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Poké Lofi features a total of 15 licensed covers of Pokémon songs originally composed by a range of Pokémon music luminaries including Junichi Masuda, Gō Ichinose, Hitomi Satō, and Shota Kageyama. The album will be available for streaming on YouTube from Tuesday August 19th at 4:00pm (UTC) / 9:00am (PDT). It will also be available for steaming via Spotify, Apple Music, and Tidal, and for download on Beatport, and Amazon Music.
Best known for their 2021 collection of Zelda music, Zelda and Sleep, Poké Lofi is the latest set of Pokémon covers from the Evans brothers, following their 2024 single Pallet Town; and Poké & Sleep under their Super Piano 64 label in 2023. These and other albums from the duo and other artists can be streamed in their entirety for free via the GameChops YouTube channel.
