This was a hit on a few Digimon forums I have went on (which had Digi-Power Ranger fanfics that inspired this RP), but I have never tried it on a Pokemon forum..
This RP is like Power Rangers, only it will be quite a bit different. Instead of Red being the leader all the time, each season will have a different color. This season, it will be Emerald. There will be the major Zords representing Legendary Pokemon and Mini-Zords, representing the non-legendary Pokemon, which act like weapons, powers, or other things. The Mini-Zords will evolve with experience if the Pokemon they are based off of can. The Legendary Zords, however, stay the same, and different Legendary Pokemon Zords can be obtained by different Rangers as they progress, same goes for the Mini-Zords. However, we start with one of each kind. The Ranger's individual weapons are also Pokemon based, and can combine into one Super Weapon to finish off a bad guy, before said bad guy becomes huge and the Zords are needed. We start out with three rangers, but the other three join us a bit later. The rangers can have 6 different Mini-Zords used in one battle. The default weapon is a blaster, and a physical weapon of your choice. I will be the NPC's.

The plot
It starts New Year's day 2020, and an evil bunch of aliens are plotting to take over the world of Pokemon. The aliens are very powerful, and 8 teenage humans have been called to stop them, and they will become the first Poke-Power Rangers Arceus, the god of all Pokemon, is the one who called you, and gave you everything you need to become a Poke-Power Ranger.
The whole RP takes place in 2020.

Physical Description for non-Ranger form: Wears green, yellow, red, and black clothes, similar to Rayquaza's color schemes. He has dirty blonde hair, dark hazel-green yes, and peach-colored skin,
Personality: Can be hot-tempered and impatient. However, he is a great guy and born leader
History: He is the son of Wes and Rui, the ones who originally saved Orre from Cipher and the Shadow Pokemon 16 years ago. He was chosen by Arceus mostly because of who his parents are.
Ranger Color: Emerald
Ranger Weapon: a Blaster and an emerald-colored samurai sword with a carving of Rayquaza on the handle.
First Mini-Zord: Zubat
Physical Description for Ranger Form: The helmet has horns like Rayquaza, and is similar to the Dino-Thunder helmets. The main body of the suit has markings like Rayquaza, the arms have white claws on the index, middle, and ring fingers, and the legs have the cylinder-things that Rayquaza has on its body.
Other: None
We will start when all 8 spots are filled.
