The area between Pinwheel forest and Nacrene.

tynamo

Lowest level of Chargestone Cave, tad rare.

litwick

100% on the lower levels of Celestial Tower.

axew

Milstraton Cave.

cubchoo

It's winter now, so they are EVERYWHERE in Twist Mountain.

druddigon, golett

Dragonspiral Tower.

deino

Victory Road (a tad rare)

legendaries other than zekrom

You should be able to get Thunderus, Terrakion, Verizion and Cobalion if you explore and revisit places. Also, if you got the Liberty Pass from the event a while back you can get a Victini.
