~Thankyou to Matthew of Pokemon Elite 2000 Forum for the banner

Remember
This December,
That love weighs more than gold!
~Josephine Dodge Daskam Bacon

Like the spirit of December, we too encourage the ideas of cooperation. This festival does not emphasize violence or hated, but peace and sportsmanship. So artists, we ask you to take up your brushes and demonstrate your skill not for just your section or your forum, but for the world to see! You are all masters, all geniuses, all members of the same race. In your hands you hold the ability to perform miracles. In this time of wonder, miracles determine the course of humanity. So, we ask you, are you ready?

Is it okay if you use official art in a creation for this contest?

Because I don't have a scanner and thus can't submit my own stuff.....

I do have something I can submit, but it isn't Christmas-y.....

As long as the picture has something to do with one of the three themes, it's fine.

Alex-san, can I submit a pic that is 450x450 so I can do it on the oekaki? Or else can the oekaki by made bigger? The oekaki is the only CG "program" I have, and anything I do by hand will be terrible. :-(

I was made a judge weeks ago. Why doesn't it say I'm one?

I was just curious...did they ever decide the winners for this?

I was the first to send in the votes and that was a month ago.

I must apologize for the delay, but the judges have been busy and now we just lost the Serebii Art thread. Once we fix this mess, we'll have the results up. Thank you for your patience.

Lost it? How'd you lose it? o_O

That's a very good question. Unfortunately, we don't know the answer and we might have to ask all the Serebii participants to re-submit their artwork if we can't find it.

I wouldn't have to vote on them again, would I? @.@
