Pokemon 2.B.A Master ost in the anime.

So i was watching a few pokemon episodes awhile back and realized it had some songs of the soundtrack in the episodes, it was instrumental versions of the original or an alternative version of it.. which episodes has the songs been in? i found one which was in a orange league episode about quagsire,they playes ?Everything changes" in it..can you guys help me find out all the other songs played in the anime? :)
 
Instrumental versions of The Time Has Come (Pikachu's Goodbye) were played in:
- Get Along, Little Pokémon
- Viva Vas Lapras
- A Superhero Secret

An instrumental version You Can Do It (If You Really Try) were played in:
- Bound for Trouble
- Bulbasuar, the Ambassador

An instrumental version of My Best Friends was played in:
- Navel Maneuvers
