They put Pokemon movies on iTunes? Hmmm....never knew.

This is the only one available on iTunes right now and even then it is a good thing since this is my second favorite Pokemon movie as Pokemon The Movie 2000 is my favorite. It makes sense that this is released on there rather than movie 10 since this one was produced back when the Pokemon anime was still at the height of its popularity world wide and it has all the characters that everyone who ever watched the anime remembers on the main cast. Not too many are going to know who Dawn, May, and Max are but they are going to know who Misty is along with Ash and Brock as well so this seems like a logical choice.

The movie has been available on Amazon unbox for a while, but not in HD as far as I know (which still doesn't explain this one over the more profitable first two). My guess is that the other movies will come along provided this one sells.
