Pokemon : A New Beginning
It was a quiet day in New Bark Town. A kid of 12 was running down the road. "Almos there!" Drew Taylor was on his way to Professor Elm's lab to get his first Pokemon. Drew excitedly walk inside. Drew look around. "Wow this is amazing." Drew saw all the computers. "You must be Drew." Drew turned around. He saw a young man holding 3 PokeBalls. "Oh yes." Drew walked toward the man. "I'm Professor Elm." "Nice to meet you." Drew shook Professor Elm's hand. "I see you're here for your first Pokemon." "Oh yes." Drew said excitedly. "Okay I have 3 Pokemon for you to choose from." Professor Elm threw the first ball. Out came out a Pokemon. "This is Cyndaquil." "Cynda-quil!" He threw the next ball. "This is Totodile." "To-to!" Drew looked at them carefully. He then threw the last ball. "And finnaly this is Chikorita." "Chik-a" "Hmm which one to pick..." Then Chikorita jumped into Drew arms. "Chik-a!" Drew laughed. "Hey there." Chikorita then licked Drew's cheek. Drew laughed. "Stop it."
"It seems Chikorita already likes you." Professor Elm smiled.
"I guess it does." Drew then picked up Chikorita. "Hey do you want to go on a journey with me?" "Chik-a!" Chikorita nodded.
"Well I guess it is decided. Chikorita is now your Pokemon." Professor Elm smiled.
"Wow thanks."
"Oh and take these too." Professor Elm handed Drew a red device and 5 PokeBalls.
"Wow thanks Professor." Drew took the items.
"Your Pokedex will identify all the Pokemon you come across. And it holds your Trainer ID." Professor Elm explained.
"Thanks again." With that Drew walked out the doors. He then headed home. There he saw his mom. "Mom look I have a Pokemon."
"Wow honey, It looks adorable. Oh and here Drew." She handed him his BookSack.
"Thanks mom. Well i'm off to start my journey."
"Good Luck son."
Drew walked out the horizon. He took one last looked at New Bark Town. Suddenly Chikorita pop out of it's PokeBall. "Heh I see you don't like it in there." "Chik-a" Chikorita nodded. "Well lets go." "Chik-a!" Chikorita hopped on Drew's shoulder. "I guess you want a ride." And with that Drew started his journey to be a Pokemon Master.
