Pokemon Academy 3: The Roots

Nine months after the destruction of the Pokemon Island Academy in the Academy Archipelago a new Academy has been established following various chains of others, this one was created by the new director Charles Smith who opened the new City Academy in the giant Island of Gold. This academy follow the same facilities of the old one except that unlike the previous one even though you get label between five dorms there aren't any dorms the only thing that makes people different is the uniform. In truth this new academy is an island full of buildings, stores and other kinds of recreational centers where the students live, it is connected to a second island which is where the actual school building is.

The point of this academy is to give students a little more independence they'll be able to rent an apartment in the city and they can have roommates from any dorm they want, new students will have their roommates assigned to them and later they'll be able to change them if they want.

There's also a new set of dorms, to sparks things up a bit.

The first dorm will be the Blaziken Crimson dorm for strong fighters who aspire to become great Pokemon Masters someday.

Then there's the Meganium Green for people ho dream of becoming great coordinators one day

Swampert Aqua for those who are strong trainers that rely more on their brains than their brawn

Jolteon Golden for those who want to become breeders in the future and also for people who are more relaxed than other

And finally taking the place of Umbreon Black we have Glaceon White for trainers who fight with everything they got and will do anything to win a battle.

Students that have been in the past academy on previous years will be in the dorm that took over their previous one sot hat there will be less confusion. New students will get assign to their dorms once they get to the island though.

Now for the teachers, there are different classes which requires different types of teachers for each class.

Elliot Foster-The teacher for the Battle class and the director of the Blaziken Crimson dorm

Drew Rose-The director of the Meganium Green and the Coordination teacher

Brock Stone-The breeding teacher

Ritchey-The director of the Jolteon Golden dorm

Misty Waterflower-The swimming class teacher and also the new gym teacher

Gary Oak-The director of the Swampert Aqua dorm and the engineering class teacher

Appearance: Kira's around 5'14 in height, his body is pretty well fit since he does a lot of exercise in his free time he has a good body shape and he normally wears normal trousers, his casual clothes is a black t-shirt with a pair of torn off blue jeans, his has a long brown hair that covers his forehead, which makes him look innocent, he has a tanned skin and violet eyes. His clothes in school are a crimson colored jacket with a Blaziken shaped figure on the back that has flames coming from its fist, he wears his black t-shirt under it and a pair of red pants

Personality: Kira's what you would call a really timid person, not that much really but he's serious most of the time and normally keeps to himself, he has his ups though he's really smart which helps him out a lot since he normally uses his brain for everything not just that but he tries his best to be nice to everyone

Dorm: Blaziken Red
Hometown: Littleroot Town

History: Kira was raised by his aunt and uncle after his parents died in a car crash when he was just five years old, his aunt has cancer and his uncle works most of the time so he learned to be independant at a young age, Kira's really smart and he's really fit too which makes him good a lot of sports; but he still values his studies more and refers to them as 'just games'

Kira decided to go to the academy because he wanted to become a Pokemon Master as a second choice plus with his mind he knew he could become strong if he only had the right kind of training for it.


Name: Jacob (Jake) Dodge
Age 16

Appearance: Jake's 5'16 tall, he has a long blond hair that normally covers his left eye, his eyes are blue colored but they normally look white under the sun, he wears a navy shirt and a pair of black pants when he's not a school, in school his wears a red jacket with phoenix wings on both sides and a red hoodie with the head of a Blaziken drawn in, he wears his navy shirt under the jacket and a pair of black jeans.

Personality: Jake is a joker, he normally picks on people that he both knows and doesn't know, but his caring nevertheless even though his only way to show it is by being a total ass with people, Jake is a person that likes to be the center of a attention which is why he gets jealous a lot.

Dorm: Blaziken Crimson
Hometown: Celadon City

History: Jake was born in Celadon and he was a really strong trainer, he's not really smart but he's very strong, he went to the previous academy the year before and actually played a good role in everything that happened Jake was always around his best friend Ellery but after Ellery's kids were born and he decided to stay behind Jake took it upon himself to keep going with his studies in the academy.



Name: Alexa Mary Burrows

Appearance: Alexa is around 5'3 tall she has a long blond hair that reaches her waist, but she normally has it tied around in a ponytail because it bothers him most of the time, she has white skin and a few spots around her face, she has hazle eyes which change colors contantly. Alexa wears a purple or blue Hollister shirt with a jean like miniskirt when she's not a school, while at school she wars a golden colored jacket with lightning bolts drawn on it and a white skirt with a black shirt under the jacket.

Personality: Alexa has two types of personality, fiery and really serious or just plain crazy, she's serious most of the time because with her friends someone has to be but she can also be kinda fun when she calms down if she's too calm she can be an even bigger ass than Jake but only to people she doesn't like

Dorm: Jolteon Yellow
Hometown: Celadon City

History: Alexa comes from a very rich family in Celadon, even though she doesn't like to rely on her money much or her family due to the fact they've ignored her all of her life, she normally hung out with Ellery and Jake but now that only Jake is going back she's going to have to get used to it. Alexa is really smart and she's good a sports like swimming, basketball and tennis, she's also really tough. Alexa went to the academy because she wanted to get away from her family and just wanted to have fun even though she's not the kind of person to have fun that easily.

She had a hard childhood though her real mom put her up for adoption when she was a baby and even though her current parents adopted her they don't pay much attention to her since she's technically the middle daughter and the only one that isn't theirs by blood

Alright, figured I'd switch it up a bit. This time I'm switching my main and secondary characters around.

Name: Tyler 'Ty' Durden
Age: 17
Dorm: Jolteon Yellow
Pokemon: Machamp, Hitmonchan, Blaziken, Gallade, Poliwrath
Hometown: Lilycove City

Appearance: Ty stands 5'11 and has medium length messy blond hair. He has light blue eyes that are always shining no matter what. He tries his best to look good, something that accentuates his already handsome looks. He will typically dress up unless he is going to class, in which case he will usually wear his class jacket and sweatpants.

History: Ty's father runs a successful fighting type dojo in Lilycove City, so Ty has always trained fighting types, which shows in his team selection. Growing up, he has always lived the fast life which has given him the ego he still has. He only went to the Academy to follow his best friend and proclaimed brother, James. But now that James is only living there part time and only going to a couple of classes, Ty is setting out to do things all on his own.

Personality: Ty is incredibly loyal to those he is closest to, but these lucky people are few and far between. Ty is also known for his ego, his lack of thinking things through, and his inability to realize the consequences of his actions. Even with these parts of his personality, for the most part Ty is a nice guy who is mostly out there to have fun.



Name: James 'JT' Dalton

Appearance:
J.T has medium length light brown hair that is a bit messy. His eyes are a bright emerald color. He's 6’3'' and weighs 200 pounds. His entire body is packed with toned muscle because he spends most of his free time in some sort of athletic pursuit. He is known for his handsome looks and charming smile. He dresses in any way he feels like, but he strictly wears designer clothing due to amount of money he has access to. His typical outfit is jeans, a nice shirt, sunglasses, white sneakers and a track jacket.

History: J.T is from Lilycove City, where his father runs a high-tech company. J.T's family is obscenely wealthy, so as a result he is incredibly spoiled. J.T had pretty much no direction in life, so his parents sent him to the Academy to try and find him something to do. This is because he never had to do anything, and he never found a reason to try. JT lacks a work ethic and discipline, and the only exception to this is that he is willing to put hard work into bettering himself as an athlete.

This has served him well, because he has the basketball ability to play professionally. But since his father wants him to finish as much education as possible, he has decided to come back to the academy for one more year to take a couple of classes. Since he has to also deal with preparing himself for his basketball career, he is going back and forth from the island most of the year.

Personality: J.T is overconfident and has a bit of a problem with respecting authority. To overcome this, J.T has become excellent in charming people (something his father taught him how to do to succeed in the real world). He is very successful at this, and for the most part, authority figures think he is a great young man. JT loves to have a good time, and this is the ruling force in his life. Everything he does is about having fun. He always wants to be in control of the situation, and he will sometimes do something foolish to keep himself in command. His extreme overabundance of self-confidence also tends to get him into trouble because JT believes that he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants. This is because he thinks that he has the charm to talk his way out of any situation. If someone impresses JT, he will respect them and he will turn quite authentically friendly towards the people he sees as equals or as superiors. Also, he is loyal towards these people, and won’t hesitate to assist someone he cares about. He also will not hesitate to lie to someone if it will keep someone he cares about out of trouble.

History: Ryu came from a family that worships the 13 gods/goddesses that represent the zodiac animals. By all means, he's not a fanatic. Matter of fact, he tries everything to avoid it. His intrest was in the past and in Pokemon training. So everytime he had to go to pray, he'd skip it and went to train his Pokemon and work on homework. One day, some bullys were pushing a guy he knew around and whupped their butts with mixed martial arts, despite having no experience in self-defense training. He even knew how to wield weaponry. Well, all except firearms. Deems them "cowardly".

He currently knows boxing, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, karate, and improv. His weaponry skils are in close, mid, and long ranged.

Personality: John usually is laid back or planning a new strategy for his Sandstorm team, but he can also be a big prankster. He is very smart.

History: John was born in Oreburgh City to a rich, travelling family. As a gift, they bought him a piece of amber from the mine.
When they finally arrived at their destination, Blackthorn City, John was a year old. He grew up around the many dragons, but always carried around his piece of amber. When he turned ten, he journeyed around Johto with Shadow, his first Pokemon, and Iron and Scorp, who was only a Gligar. He proceeded onto Kanto after collecting seven badges, forgoing Blackthorn's, and recieved the badges there, too. At Cinnibar Island, he found his amber had Aerodactyl DNA, and he added that to his team. He was soon in Sinnoh, where Scorp evolved and he caught a Hippopotas and evolved it. He finally returned to Blackthorn to defeat Clair, where he was awarded with Fang. He decided to go to the Academy to hone his skills.

Appearance: Zoel is 5'10" and well-built. She is skinny, but has visible muscles on her arms and calves. Zoel has an olive complexion, and long, flowing black hair. Her normal clothes is a pair of short jeans and a baby blue spaghetti strap top. She has vibrant blue eyes and freckles.

Personality: Zoel is very lighthearted and caring. She would go out of her way to help those in need. She is extremely smart and school for her so far has been a breeze. She uses her brain to think of ways to overcome any obstacle she meets. She is calm, but Zoel has a crazy side. If she really gets to know you, you won't regret it. She can be the life of the party.

Hometown: Olivine City.

History: Zoel began her life in Olivine City, but her mother died during labor, and her dad had already died before this. She was placed in an orphanage, where Jasmine, the Gym Leader, visited each day. Zoel grew to be great friends with Jasmine, who later adopted her. Jasmine taught Zoel how to raise Pokemon to love her, and homeschooled her. Zoel's Sakura hatched from Jasmine's Amphy's egg. Zoel also received Gala from Bill, Nila from Prof. Elm, and Tzila from Clair, making Temari the only Pokemon Zoel has actually caught on her own.

Description: Uniform consists of a light green jacket with a rose boquet on the back. Other additions include a green glittery skirt and blouse. Her formal clothes are a blue hooodie, blue capris, short black colored hair and a green braclet

Personality: Is pretty nice most of the time. She can get along with anyone without the use of violence. She acts stupid though and knows a little bit of French. She also developed a nagging trait during vacation


History: Last year Mari's life was all over the place. Lots of demigods and getting in the middle when she met Rose. She was nearly killed in the final battle. She made it pretty far in the final tournament. Then the following year Mari decided to chill out that year and not do much unlike her sister who became hated by others-fast. This year she almost doesn't come back and sneaks over to the new Academy with the help of Lexi.

Has knee-length blonde hair which is all put into a a nice yellow straw hat. This causes some to confuse her as a boy with the addition of her being flat chested. Her traditional outfit consists of a short jean skirt with a white T-shirt and a yellow vest on top. She also wears while worn-out sneakers.

Hometown: Jubilife City

Personality: She is a country girl whose father owns a farm near Jubilife City which gives her a cowgirl personality. Since Jubilife was her main home, Lexi is very street smart. She has a strong country accent is very curious. Like, Mari she can be dumb at times without knowing and can be naggy too. She is very friendly once you get to know her and after gaining her respect.

History: Her father owns a farm outside Jubilife. Due to the lost of his wife(Lexi's mom) Lexi had to move from Jubilife to the farm where her personality as developed. She loves the farm and the pokemon that work there as well. When she was 14 she moved to the Jubilife boarding school. Two years later she signed up for the Academy and got accepted.Realizing Mari was apart of it too she put Mari in her suitcase while her Ditto morphed into her during that time.

He also has a vety unique Poketch model on his left wrist.

Personality: (I was planning to make him a quiet, independent guy... but meh... my plans are ruined..) He is very cocky and overconfident, but falls for tricks vety easily. He is naive and sometimes a bit harsh. At times, he can snap and end up yelling at someone, or even hurt them. Regi is very strong-willed, and uses that will-power to his advantage.

History: (New guys, read Part 2 in order to understand this..) The year before, Regi wad gifted with the abilities of a Psychic powered Symbol on his Right hand, The Current. Due to his weak-minded self, and intense training sessions he had, he now has an alter-ego, Psyche. He dissapeared after the destruction of Pokemon Academy, and went to travel on his own... now that there is an Academy simliar to Pokemon Academy, Regi is now prepared to go back, and hopes that he doesn't face the dangers he faced the year before....

History: Born and raised in Celestic Town, he always loved to solve mysteries. One day, he stumbled upon a Shiny Pichu, stealing food from the people of Celestic Town, Teddi then convinced the mouse Pokemon to stop. They both were best friends since. The people he respects the most are his two elder cousins, Regi and Max Shirono. He dreams of being a great trainer like them, little does he know, he can actually match up to Max's skill...
