Plot: On an island to the south of the Johto Region is an island with a well-known academy known as Pokemon Academy GX, or PAGX for short. Here many learn about the pokemon world, as well as other important life lessons for three years.
About the Academy: There are three dorms at the academy: Entei Red, Raikou Yellow, and Suicune Blue. A student’s dorm is chosen by how they do on their entrance exam which consists of a written exam, and either a battle or contest appeal depending on which the student chooses. First year is standard classes with no electives, second year is half standard half electives, and third year is entirely electives. Students attend classes Monday through Friday, and have breaks for holidays as well as spring, winter, and summer. Students wear uniforms during the school day depending on their year and dorm.
About the Island: Other than the academy the island has a small town with shops, homes, restaurants, and other places you would find in a town, or small city. It contains mountains, caves, and forests.

Personality: Julian is a boy genius, and very proud of it, but does not think he is better than anyone or look down on anyone except criminals. He is friendly, but also doesn’t mind being alone. He speaks easily out loud, but doesn’t yell out.
History: Julian doesn’t know anything about his parents as he appeared on the steps of an orphanage one night with a tag that said his name on it. As the orphanage raised him he was adopted immediately by the Akatsuki family as they had fallen in love with the baby the moment they saw him. The Akatsuki family was well known in business so Julian grew up on wealth, but like his adopted family he never abused it or looked down on others. Julian went to prep schools and skipped two grades. If not for the age limit on the academy he would be a third year.

History: Denia had a simple life growing up with four siblings: an older brother and sister, and a younger brother. She decided to go to the academy because her siblings had gone as well. Her Empoleon was given by a friend when it was a piplup as a reference to a character on a show she liked.

He likes to be helpful when he can, and can’t stand seeing others bullied, and will always help them. He loves natural science and learning about natural things.
History: Both of his parents are scientists that travel and study different things around the world. His parents often took him with them and showed him what they studied. His parents home-schooled him, but did not put too much pressure on him to know it perfectly. Growing up around nature made him agile and allowed for him to get along well with wild pokemon.
