One normal day, you are walking around your hometown. The sun is shining, the trees are swaying and you are in the perfect mood. Suddenly, a shadow sweeps over you, and you hear a gleeful squark. You look up to see a Pelliper, with mail in it's mouth. As it flies over you, it drops a letter. You call after it, but it just ignores you. You watch the letter, gently swaying in the wind, towards you. It is titled "TO THE LETTER BEARER" and you decide to open it. It reads:

DEAR TRAINER
YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO PARICIPATE IN OUR POKEMON SURVIVAL CAMP! OUR SOURCES TELL US, THAT YOU ARE THE BEST TRAINER IN YOUR TOWN. THE CAMP WORKS ON A SIMPLE BASIS, 10 TRAINERS HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO COME TO OUR SMALL, UNKOWN ISLAND IN KANTO. THE PARTICIPANTS ARE EXPECTED TO VOTE OUT 1 PLAYER WEEKLY. YOU AND YOUR POKEMON WILL BE TESTED TO YOUR MAX, IN THE CHALLENGES YOU WILL UNDERGO WE WILL PICK YOU UP IN 3 HOURS FROM YOUR HOME. BE READY!

Is this based on the RPG that got canceled entitled "Pokemon Survivor Camp" by Darth Pema07? I was in that too before the thread vanished, I've PM'ed him and he's still active, maybe you should send him a link and ask if that's all right?

Nickname: Jake (The name she introduces herself as. A friend dubbed her Jake due to it being Annie's favorite name.)

Starter Pokémon: Shinx (Chiara.)

Pokémon Team:

Chiara - Luxray - Female

Her starter and closest pokemon. A playful but caring electric type with a fear of water. Before being caught by Jake, she had almost drowned--somehow struggling out of the water before running into Jake (who happened to be searching for her first pokemon). While their partnership was shaky at first, it has morphed into a strong bond of trust and friendship.​

Lucky - Houndoom - Male

The second pokemon Jake caught and the gentlest of her pokemon. Named Lucky because of a dare but now Jake tries to turn it into a pun-Failing to the amusement (or annoyance) of her friends and pokemon. He was catured as a Houndour after Jake found him scavenging through the garbage.​

Star - Staraptor - Female

One of her proudest captures. The first pokemon she caught out of Sunnyshore. Caught as a Staravia at Lake Valor. The pokemon didn't warm up to her easily and constantly tried to fly away. Jake still struggles with her at times but it's more of a game now than anything else.​

Sapia - Vaporeon - Female

A gift from her grandmother. A specially bred Eevee born knowing Shadow Ball and Wish. Rather naive and sweet, she prefers making friends to fighting and has gotten Jake in trouble a couple of times by trying to just that in the midst of battle.​

Appearance: Jake has a bright smile and dimples but her front teeth are a bit crooked. She has long, curly blonde hair tied back in a high ponytail and dark gray eyes. She's tan, showing her Sunnyshore heritage and love for traveling without sunscreen, however you can still see her birthmark--the shape isn't recognizable but it's about three shades darker than her skin.

She normally wears darker colored clothing and pants with tons of pockets, liking to have different places to put things. Her pack also has many, many pockets and is a bright green that clashes with most everything else. She is average in height, bordering on tall, and walks with her chin up and normally with her arms swinging.

Personality: Jake is an optimist, leaning into idealist territory. While many people want to think somewhat positively, Jake will try to twist every situation into a good thing. This can be annoying or useful depending on the situation and person. She is also a bit impatient and temperamental, mostly due to her trying to suppress negative emotions.

Jake's greatest fear is being alone. If she isn't near a pokemon or person she cares about, she begins to panic and go through stages of paranoia, pessimistic thoughts and feelings, and immense guilt. Normally, she can convince herself it's okay but after a long period of time she loses those thoughts.

She is, by nature and upbringing, a kind-hearted person. She wants others to do well and generally tries to get along with everyone. She can be too forgiving and overlooks many negative traits in the people she cares about. Fiercely devoted, she'll lash out at those who threaten her loved ones, and lose her empathetic tendencies. She is also rather emotional and passionate about the things she believes and cares about. She cares about pokemon for example and, because of this, tends to do rash things that she feels will protect or help them. Sometimes, it leads to good things, sometimes bad.

History: Jake was still a rather sweet child but also cried quite a bit. When she saw things she considered sad, she cried. When people told her things that were sad, she cried. When she saw things that were really sweet, she cried. She had an almost unending amount of tears.

She had outgrown this habit of crying all the time by the age of nine but still sometimes cries over sorrowful things. Also, by the age of nine she had begun to get up and practice things. Like building tents and cooking and all other things she thought she'd need on her journey.

She had, at a very young age, shown a love for pokemon. Being raised by two trainers influenced her to become one herself and she became a trainer at eleven, shortly after her brother's seventeenth birthday. She is close to said brother and still sends letters to him using his Chatot. She made friends easily with her cheerful outlook on life and her ability to empathize.

Her dad is whom she is closet to out of her parents. Being one to try and spoil his daughter while his wife was off teaching new trainers, he liked to show his daughter little tricks to use on her journey--some which she still likes to use.

They never knew their father, as their mother went to a sperm bank and never married, so they moved to Pallet Town in Kanto to live with their Aunt Delia. There, at age ten, they began their journey. They travelled the four regions, competing in contests and various tag-events.

Hometown: Snowpoint City (duh)

Pokemon:

All right. This is basically my character from Pokemon Survivor Camp, but I had to write it up again. Here goes.

Name: Mitzi Kumatori

Gender: Girl

Age: 15 years old

Hometown: Cinnabar, Kanto

Appearance: Mitzi is tall, about 5 foot 8, but very skinny, for reasons to be explained in history. She has long, black hair that she almost always keeps in a single braid so it's not in her face; it goes down to her waist. She's got deep, kind, sapphire blue eyes. She's usually seen with a sarcastic smile on her face, but when she's angry, she keeps her face devoid of emotion. She wears a light blue t-shirt and black cargo pants; while they aren't exactly fashionable, they've got loads of pockets where she hides essential items. She also carries a black backpack that holds the rest of her vital supplies. She also has a pair of worn tennis shoes that she wears all the time; they are pretty much indestructible ((OOC: they aren't really indestructible; but they can survive most things, like water and heat)).

Personality: Mitzi is usually sarcastic and has a dry sense of humor; however, she is willing to risk everything if she feels her friends are in danger. Unfortunately for you, she doesn't make friends very easily, and she prefers spending time with her Pokemon rather than humans do to her childhood. She usually quips back with a sarcastic retort or a piercing glare. If you get on her bad side or make her angry, she may strike out at you using her fists or feet. Beware; she could be a black belt if she wanted to and is deadly when it comes to hand-to-hand combat.

History: She was created born in Cinnibar with her parents, and is an only child. She was scientifically designed to be a superior human being as a precursor to the Mewtwo project; however, her parents failed and she was a perfectly normal child with seemingly no super human powers. Viewing her as a failed experiment, they used her as a kind of lab rat to do experiments on her, such as regenerative powers and superhuman abilities. They failed again, while she heals slightly faster than others, it is nothing notable. However, since she has spent her entire life hooked up to monitors and running various tests on low food, she is extremely adaptive to her environment and also physically fit. Her parents, angry at her "failure" decided to sent her to the Poke-Camp to test stress levels on the human mind. Because of this, she dislikes her parents very much and also has an intense fear of laboratories an scientists.

Pokemon:

Mizu (Milotic, Female)
Mizu was her starter Pokemon, also at the lab. She was on of thousands of Feebas genetically engineered to be shiny, and she was almost scrapped as another failed experiment, being normal in all ways. Mizu is now a Milotic and very protective of Mitzi, willing to risk her life if Mitzi is in danger.

Angel (Togekiss, Female)
Angel was another by product of the lab's experiments, but she was only an egg when she was abandoned. Mitzi's parents were seeking the way to make an ultimate Pokemon with perfect inherited values; however, they gave up before Angel hatched. Ironically, Angel has perfect IV's.

Skyris (Flygon, Female)
Skyris ((NOT NAMED FOR BAKUGON. I HAD THE IDEA FIRST)) is Mitzi's only Pokemon not from the lab, but actually found in the wild. Mitzi found her outside of the lab one day, and she caught her. Eventually, she evolved into a Flygon and now serves as Mitzi's means of aerial transportation.

Kage (Gallade, Female Male, Shiny)
Kage was hatched as an egg when he was a Ralts by a man named Masuda. He was seeking a shiny Pokemon at the lab along with Mitzi's parents, but he managed to succeed. Mitzi stole Kage away when he was a Kiralia and managed to keep him hidden until she left for Poke-Camp, by which point Kage had evolved into a Gallade.

Leeann is 5'4" tall. She has blue eyes and short, thick black hair that is dyed pink at the tips. She sports a red crop top, blue denim baggy jeans with a smily-faced buckle on her belt. She also wears two silver braclets and a pair of light-blue earrings. She loves wearing flip-flops.

PERSONALITY: Leeann is both perky and eccentric. She loves to randomly approach people and say "hi" to them. She often performs childish mannerisms such as rocking back and forth when she's bored or making "waaah" sounds when she is distressed about something. While this makes her come off as ditsy, she is actually an intelligent individual, who doesn't care what people think of her in any way. While she is mostly friendly and playful, she does not hold back on her critism of other people, especially in regards to how they are training their pokemon.

HISTORY: Leeann was born in Blackthorn City in the Johto region. Even though her father was a popular Dragon-type trainer, she actually had no interest in battling. As much as her family tried to get her into fighting with Pokemon, even giving her a Wynaut as a gift, she refused to take part in it, seeing it as meaningless violence and even somewhat cruel to Pokemon. One day, however, she was confronted by a vicious, runaway Gible on her way to home after buying pokeballs for her father. When it lounged forward to attack her, her Wynaut stood in front of her and used Counter to deflect the Gible. Leeann then threw one of her father's pokeballs to capture it, and with success. It was then she realized that pokemon battling is not solely about brute force, and it would be a great way for her to grow as a person. From then on, she left Blackthorn City with her Wynaut and her newly caught Gible to Violet City's Pokemon Academy.

From then on, she ended up graduating the academy, developing a "disarming" style of fighting and stopping her Wynaut from evolving to maintain it. She then proceeded to dominate the Johto League by defeating every gym leader in the region, and even got close to beating the Elite Four, losing to Lance. Her personality developed into the type of person she is now, having a deep love for other people and pokemon.

HOMETOWN: Blackthorn City, Johto

POKEMON:
Wynaut
Nickname - "Lover Boy"
Gender - Male
Bio - Lover boy was Leeann's first pokemon, received when she was 10 years old. She continued to train with it during the Pokemon Academy in Violet City, and stopped it from evolving into Wobbuffet.It's a very impish little Wynaut that likes to tease and touch other people in a cutesy manner. It also tends to mimic the actions of Leeann, which he considers to be like a mother. While it can be naughty, it is actually very protective, as shown when it first used it's Counter technique to defend Leeann against a vicious Gible.

Garchomp
Nickname - "Blackthorn"
Gender - Male
Bio - Blackthorn met Leeann in an unfriendly manner as it tried to attack her when it was a Gible, to which Lover Boy successfully weakened it to the point of being captured. It took a while for Blackthorn to become loyal to Leeann, feeling resentment about his capture. As time went by, however, he finally learned to get over his defeat, and was trained all the way into a Garchomp. It's currently one of Leeann's strongest pokemon, and it hates to lose.

Jumpluff
Nickname - "Dandel"
Gender - Female
Bio - After graduating from the Pokemon academy, Leeann found a Dandel as a Hoppip in the wild and captured it. She wasn't bothered by Dandel's overall feebleness, as she studied the Pokemon in school and thought it had great potential. Now as a Jumpluff, Dandel is often trained to become an expert in maneuvering in the air. It also has a habit of brushing its spores in people faces.

HISTORY: Yokina came from a fairly average family. Her dad workes at the pokemart, and her mom is a Nurse Joy. She and Flannery were close friends and often trained together.
HOMETOWN: Lavaridge town
POKEMON: Charizard- Was her starter, given to her by a relative from Kanto. Vulpix- Caught at mount pyre on a trip to the grave of her dad's sandslash. Eevee- Given to her by Bebe on a family vacation to Sinnoh. Chimchar- Found injured in the woods near Eterna City. Dragonair- Dragonair stalked her until she agreed to catch it. Plusle- Caught under the bike path.

Oh, oops. I guess Chimchar and Dragonair have to go then. And for the personalityand history... Hmm, let's see... She hates being bossed around, and tends to do things the way she wants to, but she rarely ever breaks rules unless she has a very important reason. She was a very well known graphic designer in her area until her computer broke. She carries a small rock made of the same material as mood rings, which she got when she and Flannery went into mount chimney chasing Flannery's Ponyta that had run off.

That's all I can think of right now.
