Pokemon Adventure Roleplay (start-up)

Story Setup:
Each segment will be a "Chapter".
Each chapter has a quest, side objectives, character locations, and miniquest opportunities.
EX:
-Chapter X: Blah Blah Blah-
Quest: get Kadabra's spoon back
Objectives:discover Acuity Lakefront Lurker's identity
settle Bob and Tim's grudge
MINIQUEST:
Little Larry wants a Silk Scarf.
Character Locations: Joe: Rt 1, Jack: rt 2, etc....
STORY START
Chapter 1: The Beginning
Quest: assemble Pokemon
Objectives: escape Mystery Trainer
get Bidoof a wacan berry
Miniquest: Abra wants to start a Pokemon Justice Court of Sinnoh
Char locations: Hel: Acuity lakefront/Bero: Twinleaf Town/ Pidgeot: East RT 201/ Dusk: Sandgem Town/ Hunter: west Rt 201 Mysterious Mightyena: North RT 201



The pink Lickilicky wandered on the outskirts of twinleaf, and found an Odd Incense.
"Hm, a Psychic Pokemon must have dropped this." He put it in the old bag he found near the pond of twinleaf that he carried around.

Bero wandered past Lucas's house; Lucas was a boy whose mother gave Bero a little pie when he passed by.
Bero waved at Lucas and continued to walk to Rt. 201.

Meanwhile, a Riolu wandered on the far left side of Rt. 201. he wandered until he stumbled across a young Abra.
"Hey there. What's going on?" asked Hunter.
The Abra replied weakly, "I wanted to begin a court of law to keep peace between local Pokemon, but I lost my favorite Odd Incense... I've always been weak without it..."
Hunter shuddered as the idea an evil trainer took the incense.
"I'll keep you safe, don't worry," suggested Hunter.

Over at the lake, a Houndoom reaches land after an extensive swim from Johto, to several small islands, and at last to her destination. She shook herself dry, and began to walk around the lake, looking for the exit to the rest of Sinnoh.
Eventually, she decided to just swim through the lake. The huge lake tired her out, and she was almost ready to faint when she reached an island in the middle of the lake. There was a cave there.
"Should I enter, or not? Oh, questions, questions..." thought Hel.
Fear that villains were hiding in there mingled with want for a new adventure to forget the old tragedies, when a pink, floating figure drifted out of the cave and far away... Hel decided to spend the night on the rocky island.

A proud Pidgeot, in the east of Route 201, safely lands at last, and makes a mental note: "Note to self: avoid flying between regions."
The proud Flying Pokemon had been attacked by a Geodude using Rock Throw while flying over Canalave City, and injured his wing. He can no longer fly until he heals. He used Roost and jumped up in a tree to begin healing.

Dusk, a mysterious red-ringed Umbreon, wandered around the outskirts of Sandgem, wondering if there were any Mightyena nearby. She made it past Professor Rowan's laboratory; Rowan would toss her a Poffin if she passed by, because Rowan was kindly. But, she reached the end of the road to Route 201, when she spotted a grey and black shape in the distance...

A mysterious Mightyena stood in the northernmost corner of Route 201...

((Sorry that was so long, every character had to be revealed...)
 
"Now, do you have any clues as to the whereabouts of you Incense, or who may have it?" Hunter asked, turning slowly in a circle as he scanned the environment for anything suspicious. He knew from experience that anything could happen, and always had to be on guard, no matter what. "I'll do what I can to guide you to it."
 
The Abra coughs, shudders, and weakly responds, "I-I was in *cough*t-town..."
The Abra falls over, and Hunter realizes its extreme situation.
Suddenly, a Lickilicky with a bag leaves Twinleaf's limits, whistling, and notices the rather small duo, two basic Pokemon around a foot or two tall, as the lickilicky could tell.
The caring Lickilicky walks over to examine the situation.

((Valcarona: you find your character and act out the situations needed. You can set your own objectives and goals, but all characters must work together to get shared rewards by completing the quest. Each character can do 1 miniquest every 5 chapters to get a bonus. Rewards include:
QUEST: move exchange, items, levelup, services.
Miniquest: generally, miniquests involve setting up services and businesses, like helping Ms. Roselia open an herb shop, or Blissey open a Pokemon-run Pokemon Center.))
 
Hunter cursed to himself and knelt to examine the Abra. "Could this be the work of... humans?" He said to himself. Then he noticed a Lickilicky approaching, and instinctively took a defensive stance in front of the Abra. ""Who are you?" He asked, not taking his eyes off of him.
 
Hel woke up to the sound of some bird pokemon chirping at the break of dawn. She hadn't slept long, the sun was still rising. The extremely long journey yesterday had worn out her paws, and instead of running, she strolled along the rocky terrain, slowly gaining her strength back. Soon enough, Hel found herself standing in front of a cave. Feeling slightly curious, she went inside, and remembered seeing a mysterious pink thing emerge from the cave last night.
 
The Lickilicky stuck his hands up in the air and said, "I mean no harm! I am looking for the owner of this!" It pulled the odd incense out of its bag. "I found this in twinleaf!"
The frightened Licklicky tossed the incense toward the two.
"I swear I did not take it."
 
Hunter's eyes widened as the Lickilicky produced an incense, the same one this Abra was looking for, no less. "This Abra was searching for this." He said, grabbing the Odd Incense and looking it over. After a moment, he turned back to the Lickilicky, noticeably less hostile. "Your honesty is well commended. Now, would you happen to know how it got there?"
 
"Why no, I just found it a few minutes ago."
The Abra, feeling better, made his first comment in about 15 minutes:
"Thank you very much.
If you two could help me create a court of Pokemon Law, I would be very grateful."
So, the Lickilicky, now known to be named Bero, and the Riolu, Hunter, working with the Abra, Barry, building a log cabin to function as a courthouse using Hunter's strength, Bero's tongue, and Abra's psychic powers.
 
((So, are they in the process of building, or have they already done so? I can't tell due to lack of subject-verb agreement.))

"I'll be right back. I will return with more wood." Hunter said after laying a piece of wood. He walked off and disappeared behind a clump of trees. After a moment, a battle cry could be heard, followed by a sharp crack, and a tree in the distance fell. A few minutes later, Hunter came back, dragging a large log behind him. "Here it is." He grunted, setting it down and panting. "It should be enough to finish the building."
 
Bero licks the log for his saliva to be used as glue, and Barry floats the log onto the building.

The finished courthouse was ready for law!
 
Hunter looked at the finished courthouse and smiled proudly. "Well done guys. We're finally done." He said, sitting down tiredly.
