Pokemon Adventure Squad Sign-ups

This game was somewhat popular in Serebii, so I thought I'd give it a try on here.
This is TOTALLY an RP.
Summary: You brave, young warriors will attempt to climb dangerous mountains, swim in shark-infested seas, or worse, play dance-dance revolution.

The world of pokemon has not always been the peaceful haven we always known about, in fact it was once quite the opposite, warring lands of fury and destruction. The island of Pokitus was one of the warring lands, separated by north and south bounderies and an isthmus. The southern land was known as the U.R.P. or United Pokemon Regions, and the northern part of the land was known as the M.M.O.R.P.G. or the Massively Mayham Operations of Regions for Pokemon Geode (hey it's the best I could come up with). The URP decided to start a special program meant for the pokemon trained from near birth, codenamed: The Adventure Squad. After the southern most region of the MMORPG, Mewtopia, landed a devastating blow against the URP troops on the Separating Istmus, the URP decided it was time to fight back and fight hard.

I will most certainly need help on this game. Any takers for being a co-owner?

Main Rules:

1. Follow all of the standard Bulbagarden forum rules.
2. At most 16 people of the Adventure squad other than my own can enter.
3. No flaming, bashing, or any other derogatory manner against your fellow RPer.
4. Death and life are a regular part of this RPG, if you die, you DIE. There will be ways later on to bring you back, buuuuuut I will only allow these at alloted times.
5. Ice cream is a delicious treat.
6. The story is about to begin.

Entry Rules
1. You must post your entry on the forum.
2. No choosing legendaries
3. Non-existant
4. No entering more than one pokemon
5. You must enter in First stage pokemon (No evolved pokemon).
6. Any pokemon with a baby form is considered evolved.
7. 8 males and 8 females please
8. I will start off with the commander of the Adventure squad and thus i will start with an evolved pokemon, do NOT think that just because I start with one does not mean that you get to.
9. Don't worry, you will get to evolve later on in the RPG, whenever you feel its necessary, but please do not god-mod with this.

History: Taken by the URP as a baby he has trained to his max. He learned a special move while in an extreme training exercise: he calls his move 'Fire Apocalypse'

Weapon of Choice: Hand-to-hand combat
Personality: He is shy, but when you get to know him, he is playful and friendly. He is cautious. He plans to never evolve.
History: He was raised in a happy childhood by his mother, a Floatzel, as his dad had been captured by the MMORPG. Zel trained with his mother so he could free his dad, and so he learned moves he wouldn't normally be able to perform, such as Ice Fang.

@ Calfab - Sure, though you do realize we're fighting under the URP right? Ah, who am I kidding, my character's brother still fights under the MMORPG. Also last time I checked, Buizel CAN learn Ice Punch already.
