No. (Reason being, they would probably find some way to edit things like they do with other animes ((Naruto for example)).)

You mean add things like filler? They do that with just about every anime made from a manga. Really, Pokemon is one of the few popular anime not made from a manga. I agree, though, that it wouldn't happen, simply because they'd have to start from the beginning, and that was made from R/B/Y, and so it'd be way too old. I think it would be cool if it were, though.

Yeah, they would add pointless fillers. Also, Pokemon USA probably wouldn't make it as mature as the manga is.
 
But we agree that it probably won't happen, even if for different reasons. I wish it would, but know it won't.
 
That's a good idea. I wish that would happen, and it's slightly more likely, maybe just to appeal to fans of actiony anime.
 
If they make it an Anime, at least put it on adult swim, where I live anyway, since Pokemon is on Cartoon Network.
 
Or Toonami, I don't really care which. I'd prefer Toonami, because I've gotta tape the anime I want to watch on Adult Swim.

Ruby & Sapphire have been released in English.

If they did make an animé of it, it might bring up demand for the manga and bring it back to the US.
