Pokemon Adventures Black & White "Volume Seven" Review Thread

I don't have it. I just ordered it today, but I'll be getting it soon enough.

Either way, someone I know has seen it and has informed me that the book has four chapters, going from Black and White's journey through the Desert Resort, White setting up and showing off the Pokemon Musical, and Black's Gym battle against Elesa.

From what I know, they edited the scene where Skyla flies stuff for the Pokemon Musical on her cargo plane. In the original Japanese version, it said, in Engrish, "Let's Enjoy Musical" to the much more grammatically correct "Let's Enjoy the Pokemon Musical". It wasn't a perfect edit, though.

And before anyone asks, no, they didn't edit Elesa's infamous entrance.

I liked how I turned the page and BAM Elesa's butt was right there.

I also kind of want to know what sort of "girl talk" Elesa and White had that would lead Elesa to tell Black "She's right, you are pretty cute." White, u crushin' on your employee?

The "Let's Enjoy the Pokémon Musical!" sky writing looked like an all right edit. The words "the Pokémon" looked kind of squished in there, though. I'm glad they changed it because "Let's Enjoy Musical!" just sounds kind of stupid.

And the scene where N trapped White in the Ferris Wheel was kind of creepy. Well, his expression, anyway. Actually, yeah, the whole thing. It was creepy.

I liked how the box of Rage Candy Bars Ryoku held in his hand had the word "Yummy!" written on the side.

It just seemed so ridiculously childish for a man like that to be holding something with that word on it.

I stared at the page for nearly thirty seconds while I tried to figure that very question out.

In the end, I decided to forget about it, which was a good thing probably, since it was shown on like the next page that she was dressing Zebstrika up. But still, it was a very... odd picture.

The Musical thing was kind of lame (like it is in the games), but the Skyla cameo and roller coaster battle made up for it.

I was surprised to see them reference Card Flip from GS
