Pokemon Anime or Manga?

Don't get me wrong Ive been a big pokemon fan for a really long time but as the years pass I get more and more pissed off with the pokemon anime. The manga to me is great compared to the anime. So pretty much all Im trying to say is that the anime sucks but I somehow how still love watching it.
 
Seconded. And why is it *here* as opposed to the anime or manga forum?

And which manga do you mean? There's several.

That's why its dumb when people act like Special should be the basis for the Anime, not realizing it's not like Bleach or One Piece which has "one" manga to base on.

Anyway, Special seems pretty sub-par for a manga, I personally never found it that amazing, and the art was pretty dull. Now Dengeki Pikachu, that was a good manga.

I also wanna read the Clefairy one...it seems my style.

I'd say that it's because this section is for discussion of the Pokémon franchise in general, if he posted in the anime section, people would ask why it isn't in the manga section and vice-versa.

I don't see why you'ed have to move it because if you moved it to anime people might think that it should be in manga and vise-versa.P.S.Doesnt it seem obvious that I meant the pokemon manga.
 
Im sorry I forgot to say this previously but the point of this thread is to find out if you prefer the pokemon anime or the pokemon manga.
 
I think the starter of this thread means any of the manga. Specific ones are probably left for the responder to choose.

I've seen the anime all through Johto as well as some eps in Hoenn and Sinnoh. For the manga, I've read a lot of the Pikachu ones and a little of the ones with the names being colors. I liked both the anime and the manga but I enjoyed the manga (both of them) more. I would continue the manga but can never find it.

I haven't read the manga in years so I can't remember the names of them but I'm pretty sure you guys can figure out which ones I was referring to.
