I'm pretty sure this abides by the rules, if not please lock it, HoS it, etc.

Does anyone know if there's an Action Replay DS code too allow you to Name Rater all pokémon, not just ones you caught, because I want tro customize my team, but I got most of them in trades, or Pal Parked 'em.

Pretty much anything is possible with codes. I was able to change the graphics in Pokemon Blue with them (albeit in a very cumbersome and non-permanent manner), so something like this should be easy. Indeed, there are codes for the past three generations that let you do just that. Finding the code is another story...have you checked some websites on the matter?
