Greetings role players. As the title suggests this is a role play about war. But I'll get to them later. First off I want to say that I have role played on other forums before and want to see how others react and behave. Every one is different after all. Second this rp has quite a bit of rules, so,e of witch may or may not make this story unique in its own way. Also this is the second time I have made this story, but again, new forum, new people, different experience. That said here is the story.

The story.

Long ago, there was a region called Xecra. It was home to countless numbers of poke'mon, most of which lived in on of seven kingdoms ( only 4 are available for the first chapter). But one thing was uncertain.... Witch group of Pokemon truly rules over the land? It is because of this that all nations are at war with each other , and it has been that way for 50 years. Every time a kingdom was upto something that may aid their endeavors another kingdom was there to stop them. The fights were devastating, each one more fierce than the last. The kingdoms of Xecra are now more eager to win than ever. Who will you ally your self with?

The rules

1. You may have upto 6 characters. No more, no less
2. No humans, only poke'mon.
3. You can start at any stage of your evolution and evolve. But not right away.
4. combat is to be restricted in Pms under the eye of the GM ( me ) and/or a mod of this rp. You meat state to the GM the a battle has stated so they can make the arrangements on the IC thread(s). The end result must be negotiated between the combatants. If the decision is not unanimous it will end in a draw.
5. Posts must be be 1 paragraph long at minimum.
6. Be nice, or get out.
7. Each player can only have control of one legendary poke'mon. The exception being mods and the GM
8. You can mega evolve, but you can't start out with the stone in your possession.
9. Always check the "set Characters" section before signing up, as the role you want may already exist to a set role.
10. You may be a wander, mercenary, or other if you do not wish do join any of the factions.
11. If you have questions, don't shy away to ask.
12. If you wish to use a legendary poke'mon ask the GM fist as many of them have an important role in the story.
13. Poke'mon can learn legendary attacks, but none that conflict with each other. (Example roar of time and special rend)
14. This is an unrated rp, battles can get very graphic.
15. Respect the GM and the mods.
16. Bunching can only be done if you have permission from the characters original owner. Or by the GM and mods through via battle results.
17. No God- modding, only a handful of set characters are going to be considered "invincible" but yours is not going to be one of them. Only I the GM and the mods will have said characters for obvious reasons.
18. As GM my word is the law. I am willing to negotiate for those who are reasonable, but if I have a problem with something it is always best to change it.
19. Each kingdom can have 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 captain of the guard, 1 adviser, 1 arch Mage, 5 commanders, 4 spies, and any number of soldiers and mages. (See the roles section for more info)

Bio: brief history here

The kingdoms

The Sea Kingdom - Located in an undersea cavern, the sea kingdom is probably the most protected empire around. They believe that since life began in the ocean that their empire should rule supreme, they also believe that the evolution of non water types is "a fluke in nature". To join this kingdom your character must be a water type, and must be okay with salt water. In short: all the frog poke'mon can not join this kingdom.

The Sky Kingdom - located on the peak of a mountain, this empire is mostly populated with flying types. They believe that since Arceus gave them the power of accention that they should rule over Xecra. Because of their arrogance they look down on those who can not fly like they can " calling them cruel names like "land walker" or " dirt crawler" to join this kingdom your character must have they flying typing and be able to learn fly, or have the ability " levitate"

The Land Kingdom - This is the largest of the kingdoms, this empire is located in a huge forest. They believe that Xecra belongs to all poke'mon and have a strong believe that Arceus created 18 types of poke'mon for a reason, and they don't think it's so they can oppress each other. There is no typing restrictions for this kingdom, however in order to join your character must be able to walk the earth, poke'mon who can only survive underwater can not join.

The Magic Kingdom - located in the hear of a crystalline cave, this kingdom is one of the strangest. They believe that only "gifted" poke'mon should rule Xecra, they don't look down on poke'mon who don't meet their criteria, they just don't like them for not seeing things there way. To join this kingdom your character must be either a psychic, dark, fairy, or ghost type.

Roles

King and Queen - the leaders of an empire. Their word is law of the kingdom. They have no limit to the number of moves they can learn, so long as it is within their pool and typing.

Captain of the guard - The highest rank in military power, they over, see the operations of all commanders in the kingdom. They can learn 35 moves within their typing and pool.

Commander - the second highest figure head of military power. They lead the army when the captain is not around. Each one can learn 30 moves within their typing and pool.

Arch Mage and Mage - these roles, are responsible for support in combat. They specialize in buffing their allies and stunning their foes. The arch Mage can learn 30 moves within their typing and pool, while mages can learn 12.

Adviser - A non combat role, they are responsible for giving the King and queen advice when it is needed. They can learn 8 moves within their pool.

Soldiers - The base of the military of a kingdom, these guys lay their lives on the line for the good of their nation. They have a ranking system that goes like this... In order from lowest to highest there is ... Grunt ( learns 4 moves), Veteran ( learns 6 moves ), auxiliary (learns 8 moves). Knight ( learns 10 moves), Palladian ( learns 12 moves ), and legionnair (learns 14 moves), all can only learn moves within their pool.

Spies - this role is mainly to gather intelligence, and are typically masters of stealth. they can learn 16 moves from their pool.

Wander- if you want to do your own thing this is for you,mr hey can learn 10 moves within their pool and 2 within their typing.

1.

Poke'mon: Tyrantrum
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Kingdom: Land
Role: King
Bio: Krusher is twice the size of the average Tyrantrum. He took the throne by usurping an evil kimg when he was just a small tyrunt. When he was just a boy his mother tolled him countless numbers of tales of "the legends of Xecra" meaning his knows much of the regions folklore. He is a good poke'mon and would do anything to protect his nation, even if he has to take to battlefield himself to fight his opponent. With him as King taking on the land kingdom will be anything but easy.

2.

Gender: Male

3.
Name: Xeen
Poke'mon: Kabutops
Gender: Male
Age: 19

Role: wanderer, Swordsman

He is a shiny Pokemon, and was ridiculed by this by his own clan and even some other poke'mon ever since was born. So he covers him self in mud to give the illusion that he isn't shiny. @TyranntX; I'm going under the assumption that, as of the time of this reply, your sign-up is incomplete. If this is so, I would post the complete thing - I am not forum authority, but this is simply some advice from one player to another.

Yeah sorry about that, my iPad was acting up and only posted fragments of the post. I fixed it up just now.

Would you be okay if I made some high-ranking (non-legendary) Sea Kingdom guys and had them use a Wailord or two as battleships?

It's not against the rules, so go right ahead. sounds pretty clever. I had a time where the land kingdom used Aurorous as Cannons and where the magic kingdom had a commander who was also a medic.

@TyranntX; Thanks for your response! I've actually had a lot of cool ideas for the Sea Kingdom, Clawitzers as guns for instance. I don't want to take too much control over it because it's not my RP and of course there will be other people who want to join Sea Kingdom. Can I run my applications by you later today and you can just change what you don't like?

You may, just be sure to take a quick look at the role descriptions that I just added. The page should be up to date for now

@TyranntX;

Note: I decided to give some characters given names and some characters simply nicknames. I explain this as a mere cultural difference across Sea Kingdom clans and species.

Vader
Name: Vader
Pokémon: Blastoise
Gender: Male
Age: 47
Kingdom: Sea
Role: Captain of the Guard
Bio: The greatest warrior of the Sea Kingdom. Vader was trained from youth to be a high-ranking soldier. He quickly climbed the ranks after being involved in crucial battles against the Land and Sky Kingdoms. A Bisharp sliced his face, giving him a scar across his right eye and impairing his sight heavily. His family, a clan of Blastoise, had a long tradition of Captains, and the King saw Vader as the obvious choice. After his appointment as Captain of the Guard, Vader was met with praise after introducing several important new technologies to the military, including using Manaphy and Milotic for healing purposes and using Chinchou to built electric resistance in a procedure called zap training. Vader is also recognizable by the hot-rod flame patterns on his shoulder cannons.

Warden
Name: Warden
Pokémon: Kingler
Gender: Male
Age: 31
Kingdom: Sea
Role: Commander
Bio: Incredibly strong and Vader's closest right-hand man. Warden was born shiny, causing him to be viewed as the "chosen one" among the Kingler clan of the Sea Kingdom. His dreams of joining the military were made possible by his incredible innate combat prowess. Vader took an interest in his training when he was quite young and taught him to hone his Metal Claw ability. This attack came to be feared throughout the Kingdoms after he used it to behead dissenters in the infamous Gyarados Massacre.

Hahet
Name: Hahet "Chet" Rivera
Pokémon: Huntail
Gender: Male
Age: 29
Kingdom: Sea
Role: Knight
Bio: Frontline warrior. Hahet had mediocre combat ability but was picked up by the military for his willingness to join the Marina Corps, the most dangerous position and considered suicide by many in the business. He is however quite agile and made up for his lack of offense with excellent defense.

Riptyde
Name: Riptyde
Pokémon: Croconaw
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Kingdom: Sea
Role: Grunt
Bio: Messenger, an information lifeline between Sea and Land. Riptyde is a low-ranking member of the Sea Kingdom military tasked with delivering news of war and peace to the surface due to her amphibious nature. Though there is little legal reason in either kingdom not to shoot messengers it is frowned upon and Riptyde has largely survived at the honor and mercy of the enemy. She is recognizable from the inordinate amount of scales along her spine: almost twice that of an average Croconaw.

Etermina IX
Name: Etermina IX (Lt. Trenton Ahab)
Pokémon: Wailord
Gender: Male
Age: 53
Kingdom: Sea
Role: Grunt (used as transportation)
Bio: Warden's personal battleship. The Etermina series of Wailord battleships was discontinued with the introduction of the Behemoth series but was known and feared by all Kingdoms for its enormity and defensive prowess. The nine Etermina ships were used in Sea Kingdom warfare since the beginning of the war on Xecra. Four died of age, one retired with honor, but none were killed, a testament to their hardy nature. Etermina IX, formerly known as Trenton Ahab, was a mid-ranking soldier as a Wailmer with dreams of becoming a Commander. However, his sudden evolution drove his clan to encourage him to become a battleship, changing his career path.

Behemoth I
Name: Behemoth I ("Wally")
Pokémon: Wailord
Gender: Female
Age: 35
Kingdom: Sea
Role: Grunt (used as transportation)
Bio: Vader's personal battleship and the first of its kind. "Wally," as this Wailord is affectionately called, is the first of her kind: a Behemoth series battleship. While the Etermina series could carry at most 20 soldiers and 20 Clawitzers, the Behemoths are specially bred and raised from birth to know nothing and do nothing but transport soldiers through the heat of war. Out of dozens of failed live attempts came Wally, who could carry up to 35 soldiers and Clawitzers with ease. Vader personally uses this successful prototype in battle.

Your Characters have been registered, welcome to the Role play.

Mind the double post but I have a few reasons for doing so. First off is to bump it a bit to get it more attention, secondly to state that that this Rp will start up when we have a good number of characters, about 2 for each faction excluding kings and queens witch are also required
