Do you think well get any info for B/W2 at E3. If so what do you think it will be. Do you think it is to late for the japan games or will it be just English news.

It's really hard to tell at this point. I guess it is possible, considering the English versions will be released this year and all but at the same time the Japanese versions haven't even been released so I'm not sure if they would show a whole lot at E3. Who knows.

I would like to at least see a official release date. Even though its doubtful.

E3's never brought sizable information on new games. Nintendo'll have a little kiosk for it with like a translated trailer but that's probably about it. I'd be about 98% sure we won't see anything playable.

In the past most games have had September releases, and thus springish English releases, so the translation may have made some progress to have some sort of demo. I just doubt it since Americans tend to not get these things first. So no real news about characters or pokemon or anything.

Yeah, I doubt we'll get any new news or anything like that.. probably just a trailer of it playing at their booth.

Since BW2 will be released in Japan later than June 5th, we may just get a brief mention of the game with the logo and artwork of the Kyurem formes, followed by the Pokedex 3D Pro. What we most likely get is an English trailer for Pokemon Conquest.

Objectively thinking, I highly doubt that we will hear anything regarding Black 2/White 2 during Nintendo's Keynote at this year's E3. Their big focus is going to be on showing off the Wii U and its games, as well as promoting new 3DS titles. I even doubt we'll see anything relating to Pokémon Conquest, which is out 2 weeks after E3.

If my memory is correct, Pokémon titles are hardly ever shown off at E3 (the only ones that spring to mind are Pokémon XD and a brief mention of Pokédex 3D). If we're to receive a Wii U Pokémon game around the console's launch, I imagine we'll hear of it, but otherwise, I doubt we'll see anything Pokémon.

The fan inside me though, is hoping that we learn of the international releases...although I highly doubt it, as I said earlier.

E3 never shown anything about main games.
But they will show the Wii U and the lineup, so wee may get a Wii U Pokemon game...

If they were going to do anything big for English BW2, I'd hope to see the new animated trailer dubbed.

Maybe a little more English names like for homika and shizui.

Speaking of E3, I haven't seen any information about Nintendo's lineup for this year's E3. Are they keeping it underwraps until it's their conference?

I doubt they'll bother to do anything with the Wii U at launch considering they haven't even done much with the 3DS yet. I expect the next console game to be released for the Wii around September - before the Wii U is released.

Yeah, I don't see why people keep jumping to the WiiU. If they don't think its worth making people buy a 3DS for a main series game yet, why would you think anyone would buy a WiiU for a spin-off when the last game we got (PBR) was really low quality compared to the other console stadium-games.

I really hope someone's been working on a Wii RPG for the last two years and they're just waiting for BW2 to debut it.

That someone most likely not being Genius Sonority, since their staff was greatly reduced in 2010 and they were probably kept busy by their two recent projects (Typing DS and DenpaNingen RPG). I think we're dealing with a new developer, but it is also possible that Genius Sonority received a lot of help from Creatures.

There will probably be a mention somewhere, probably alongside the 3DS apps like said before.

Nintendo have made it clear that they have learned from the mistakes of the 3DS launch, so I imagine we'll see a very strong first and second party showing - and the only first party games confirmed to be in development for the Wii U so far are New Super Mario Bros. Mii and Pikmin 3 (Super Smash Bros. only started development this April, so expect it take a few years). A Star Fox game made by Retro Studios is rumoured, but we've had nothing concrete on that either. So it's pretty obvious that there will be more first/second party titles announced at E3 this year. It's also likely that development of a potential Gen V Battle Simulator could have been moved to the Wii U sometime during its development. Although I expect a Pokémon game to be released sometime around the Wii U's launch, I would still be very surprised to hear of one at E3 though.

Possible, but like others said nothing big. Just a small, minute or less trailer.

Why is that likely? I don't see what is so obvious about releasing a Wii U game in a generation that is very much focused on the DS. Also, releasing PBR upon the Wii's launch turned out to be a mistake, considering the game's lackluster sales compared to Colosseum's. Of course, the lack of a story mode probably also had to do with that.

If it were a Wii U game, then I don't see what would be so surprising about an E3 announcement. Colosseum, Channel and Box were announced at E3, and XD was showcased there just a few days after the CoroCoro announcement.

BW2 won't have a big presence, and they certainly won't warrant anything more than a passing mention at the keynote, but Nintendo runs an extensive E3 media and press packs site during the show. I'd be unsurprised to see an English trailer and press release there, along with a release date included in the materials.

Don't expect to see anything new outside of localisations of prominent characters, Gym Leaders and towns, though.

The fact that it relied on the buyer already having Diamond and Pearl, unlike Colosseum and XD which had a story mode, was probably a big reason.

The reason why I say it will be on the Wii U as opposed to the Wii is simply that we know of no first or second party titles that are in development for the Wii and considering how Nintendo's E3 presence is to be primarily focused on the Wii U, it would seem a bit silly to announce a Wii game.

Fair enough.
