Pokemon White. Reasons:

Preferred Zekrom's design over Reshiram's.
I'm a big collector who then ramps up my collection for battling prowess, so White Forest was the obvious choice.
Rufflet and Braviary pwn Vullaby and Mandibuzz.
 
I chose Black version because of Reshiram. I love the Fire/Dragon typing. Also,

Besides, I prefer Drayden as the gym leader. Even if they use the same pokemon I think Drayden is much better than Iris cuz Drayden FEELS like the final gym leader - he's got this wise, strong atmosphere and the gym layout suits him better. Iris is too kiddy that there isn't much tension and excitement...and the gym itself seems overwhelming to her.
 
I got Black. I really like Reshiram, the truth vs. Ideals aspect is more straightforward imo, I like the extra battles and money in Black City, I could easily get a Vullaby and trade for a Braviary thanks to Cynthia's team, and I could get the first pure Flying Type.

I don't like Zekrom much.
 
I would have voted for both if the option was there, but the scale tips slightly over to Black in my favour and that is only because of Reshiram.
 
I chose Black because of Reshiram. I like how it looks like a big chicken with a puppy head... Haha anyways I usually go by the legend you catch. With everyone I know it happened to be that the girls got black and boys got white. Chance probably.
 
I bought Black on the release date and then I bought White version on 23 December. I chose Black to be my first generation V version because I prefer Black City and Reshiram's typing to White Forest and Zekrom's typing respectively. Then later I got White version because I prefer the version exclusive Pokémon in that game and I completed the story in Black version after 3 weeks of owning it and wanted to start a new generation V game without losing all my event Pokémon and C-Gear skins.
 
i bought both, one for me and one for my boyfriend.
but i honestly like black better. idk i like black city and the legendaries and just everything. i'm sure white is just as good but yeah ^^
 
White.. Mostly because it has Solosis, Duosion, and Reuniclus. I can't really compare Black City and White Forest because in White, there was stuff in White Forest, but by time I got to Black City it was empty. I hate that concept because it makes me feel like I'm being rushed through the game just to get there before everything disappears.
I also like Triple Battles more. Rotation battles just confuse me like crazy. I know what I'm doing, but I always get confused.
 
Definitely Black.

Aside from simply preferring Reshiram over Zekrom, I think I identify more with truth rather than ideals. I also think N identifies more with ideals, and is better suited for Zekrom...but that's just my headcanon orz.

I also like futuristic!Opelucid City better.
 
The only thing about Pokémon Black that I like more than White is that you can catch Houndour/Houndoom and Black City. I'd prefer White so much more, though, if instead of catching Poochyena/Mightyena, you could catch Houndour/Houndoom and instead of white forest being a place where you could catch non-Unova Pokémon, you could battle trainers. Gaining experience post-game is something that I found really difficult in White. So much so that I just stopped playing it altogether. But I much prefer Zekrom to Reshiram, and Reuniclus to Gothitelle, and that's the main reason why I prefer White to Black.
 
I loved both of them. I really like White, especially since you can catch Rufflet and it has White Forest, but I loved Black because of Reshiram.

For the sake of this poll though, I'll say Black since that's the version I played first.
 
I'm just saying I chose Black because I thought it was cooler (it was my first Pokémon game)

Later when I researched more, I think Black is better because Reshiram is cooler than Zekrom, in my opinion, because just saying, Zekrom looks something like a non-steel robot or something.
And I like having Opelucid City in the future, and I like Black City over White Forest.
 
Pokemon White.
Even though I think reshiram is much better than zekrom...
it has rufflet instead of vullaby
It has a cooler opelucid with nicer music
It has white forest

Sadly, I have black version. At least I have reshiram!!! XD
