Pokémon Black Text Editing Help?

I understand that this might not be the best place to post this, but I guess if it's a problem you can move the thread?

So, I'm creating a mistranslated (think Viet Crystal-ish) version of Pokémon Black using PPTXT, and I was wondering if someone could compile a list of control codes that are used in the text, to make text editing a little easier on me. So far, I haven't been able to find a list, so maybe even if you could just point me to one, that'd be great. If it makes any difference, I'm using the Japanese version of the game.
