Pokemon Black/White 2 In Canada

Hey I just wanted to ask if I can translate a japanese pokemon game into English? I was lucky enough to have a friend go to japan where the next version has already been released, he said he'll pick up a copy for me if I want one. My question is can I translate it into english.

Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 are not out in Japan at the moment - they are out there in June.

Also, I'm not quite sure what you are asking. If you mean translate them professionally...no. Nintendo's translators are most likely already working on the game. As for translate the actual game so that it will play in English...no; the games will only be programmed in Japanese.
