Pokemon Comparisons

Name a Pokemon that is related to the previous poster's Pokemon, and explain the relationship.

Until September 18, 2010, only the first four generations shall be used. Eventually, we will have stats on all the 5th generation Pokemon, at which time they can be used for comparisons.

Let's start with a Mudkip, because evry1 lieks mudkipz.
