Okay, have any of you guys ever seen those TV shows where people move into an aparment or dorm or anything and then they started having crazy adventures and comedy stuff. Basically this, you just graduated college or finished your journey and want to settle down on the city of (let's make it Jubelife shall we) Jubelife, you're looking for your own aparment and have found this the newly opened Pokémon Condo the only aparment that lets you have Pokémon out of their pokeballs so they can play and live with you.

Now here's the funny part everydays or so on there will be crazy things happening either getting a job or fighting for better food or even fighting for the order of the bathroom. There are gonna be Pokemon battles don't get me wrong, you'll have to do battles now and then. Now the worst part is there's only one bathroom so you know how that goes; girls and guys fighting for the bathroom most of the time.

Now if you're thinking "This is just a sitcom let's ignore it" you'll be happy to know the aparment itself holds a hidden treasure inside in other words most of the times you'll have to fight with the other people to find clues about the treasure, also there's a lot of battle centers around so we'll be going to the battel centers which also hold tournaments every week each winner gets a rare item or rare Pokemon out of it.

You'll also get to find the hidden secrets behind what I call "The undergournd Jubelife" so think about it.

No godmodding although come on I don't think there's gonna be room for that here

Remember that there are peopole that have time and there are people that have stuff to do so they can't post as fast as you can if that happens and we're moving to fast I'll decide if we'll put the RP on hold till the next day, if you're going to be off for the weekend tell us or at least sent this "OUT" as a message so that we know you're going to be out for sometime.

Name: Ellery Ferrer

Reason why you're finding an aparment: He basically graduated from College just a few months ago

Appearance: He wears a brown travelling coat with a red shirt under it, the shirt has a guitar on it, his hair's pretty messed up and his pants are cut on the bottom of his legs.

Personality: He's very simpatic, he normally treats other people well and helps his friends when they're having trouble with their daily lifes, Ellery can sometimes be a little exentric when it comes to taking extreme measures.

History: Ellery graduated from College after repeating his last year cause he dropped out for a few months, he finally graduated and he's taking on to the family business.

Yep his dad just died and he left Ellery the Pokemon Condo in other words he's the owner so he practically has to live with dealing with things from the aparment and the people that live there (in other words he has to listen to the complains from people, which actually makes it more crazy for me)

Reason why you're finding an aparment: To get away from his wierd friends, Joe and Brian.

Appearance: Wears a green T-shirt with black splotches from ink in certain places, a pair of slightly baggy black jeans, and plain white shoes. His hair is plain black, and semi-long. It isn't stiff and tends to hang over his forehead. He wears glasses that are often broken and an analog watch.

Personality: Sam is a bit nervous about most things and doesn't talk too much. He is usually wierd and unpredictable when he gets angry, but that doesn't happen much. He is used to being picked on.

History: Sam grew up with his parents for most of his time He had a brother that he didn't see much. At school, he was picked on alot and stayed to himself for the most part. He usually got slightly over average grades. He never was very good at battling as he'd rather be reading or studying about the pokemon.

Reason why you're finding an apartment: recently retired from competitive battling and graduated from college. Also trying to get away from the pressures of his life for awhile.


Appearance: 5'11'' with a very athletic build from years on the road. JT has medium length messy light brown hair and ice blue eyes that are hidden behind designer sunglasses most of the time. JT wears a variety of clothing, from sweaters and polo shirts, to a suit or a tuxedo depending on the situation. JT likes to wear faded blue jeans and white basketball shoes as well. JT wears an expensive platinum watch on his right wrist, and a red and gold string bracelet on his left.

Personality: JT is somewhat of a loner, and is very close to his Pokemon as a result. But JT is also charming when he has to be, a skill he picked up from his father, a very successful businessman. From his successes, JT is also very overconfident in himself, which can annoy people. JT is also very impatient and often acts on impulse. JT does have a soft side under his loner, battler persona, but he rarely lets it out.

History: JT is somewhat of a celebrity for a number of reasons. He is the only child of one of the richest families in Hoenn, and his father expects him to take over the family high-tech company in the near future. JT is also a very successful trainer, as he won the Ever Grande Conference at the age of 15, and also won the Sinnoh league at the age of 17. After that, JT took some classes at an exclusive business school in Hoenn at the request of his father. JT graduated from college after four years of work, and is looking for an apartment to just relax for awhile.

Personality:Ben is a bit of an overconfident bully at the start. He has many "rivals", all of whom are too weak to actually be rivals.
BIO: Ben was born on Cinnabar Island. He is the son of Blaine, the gym leader there. When he was 14, he came to the Academy, and he started studying to become a great Pokemon Trainer. Now he has graduated, and seeks a new apartment to live in, as well as a job.

Personality: Is very hyper. She can also be lazy at times with a bad attitude. Has respect for not many people.

History: Her mom was a prostitute and her dad is a drunk. She hates her parents but only stayed so she could be on thier will. But one bad night and her dad packed her things and kicked her out so she wasn't put on the will. Nw once she gets an apartment she'll bribe men for thier money.
