Pokemon: Dark Winds [Start-up] [PG-13]

Haha, sign-up is in the sign-ups section and has the title of Pokemon: Dark Winds.

Plot:

On Circa Island, an island far away from all of the regions, Shadow Pokemon are too common. The Shadow Pokemon are vicious and aren't friendly at all. They are trouble-makers and they repeatedly steal from the villagers on Circa Island. So, you and some other teenagers band together to find the source of the Shadow Pokemon--who's making their heart turn to shadows? They also work together to capture each Shadow Pokemon on the island and turn them back to normal. The task won't be easy, though, since Circa Island isn't the only island they need to save! Circa Island is surrounded by 8 other islands, both large and small. The other islands are: Seafoam Island, Thundershock Island, Willow Island, Volcia Island, Ebony Island, Takija Island, Polka Island, and lastly Shadow Island. Who--or what--is the cause of this outbreak of Shadow Pokemon? Can you find out?


Ara yawned and slammed her alarm clock. She got up out of bed and dressed into her regular clothes. She grabbed her PokeBalls and rushed outside of the rather small house she lived in.
"Today, we all save the islands..." She said, stepping into the shallow parts of the ocean. "I wonder who I'm working with..."
She tossed the PokeBalls into the air and all three of her Pokemon came out: Ninetales, Espeon, and Mudkip. She had plenty more Pokemon, but she gave them up or released them.




Okay, start~
 
The wind blew in Jakku's face as he yawned.
He'd borrowed a boat for the trip over, and had taken the scenic route from Unova.
He noticed the island in front of him was getting bigger, so he was close.
He pulled up at the beach of Circa island.
Hm... Who to ask about my mission... villager, villager, villager, Trainer! Let's ask her.
Jakku leapt off the side of the boat and into the shallows.
"Hi there!"
He waved.
 
Ikki jumped from the tree he was hiding on, right beside the two trainer that were talking.
"Good morning."
 
Jakku leapt backwards.
"Whoa!"
He stood straight again.
"Hey there, you here for this Shadow Pokemon thing too?"
Jakku scratched the back of his head.
 
"Hello there." Eliot says, doing a backflips off of the Ludicolo he was surfing on. "I can see why this island is renowned for it's beauty." He says, his eyes resting on Ara. "Nonetheless, does anyone know where the group to fight the shadow Pokemon is?"
 
"Well, I know that's my mission..."
Jakku folded his arms and yawned.
"I'm Jakku. Jakku Ebansu. And you are...?"
 
Jimmy had been laying down on the beach nearby when he heard a bunch of commotion. He got up, yawned and walked over to everybody else. "W-who are these people..." he mumbled to himself as he walked.
 
"I'm here to find the cause of the outbreak of Shadow Pokemon. Are you guys all, too?" Ara asked, stepping out of the cold water.
 
"Of course." Eliot says to Ara. "You can call me Eliot. Now, may I ask what your name is? I imagine it must be as beautiful as the golden moon and the silver clouds you must have been born of."
 
Jimmy heard Eliot's comment and rolled his eyes. "Great... a mushy one," he thought to himself.

"Well, my name is Jimmy," he yawned to nobody in particular.
 
"Um...wow..." Ara said. "Well, my name is Ara Fendge. I was born here on Circa Island." She said, smiling.
 
"My name is Itsuki Minami. The fourth. But you can call me Ikki." Ikki said, checking his Pokenav. "And yes, I'm here toi find out about the shadow pokemon. My girl is missing on this island. I'm going to find her." After he said these words, He jumped to a nearby tree and then vanished, leaving the group behind him. Well, actually he didn't vanish. He just very good at hiding.
 
Jimmy got up and tilted his head as if suprised. "Oh, Ara.. You live here too? I've never seen you around before..." he yawned again.
 
"Hmm, I've never seen you either....Do you go down to the other end of the island? I'm usually there, playing with the Water Pokemon or training." Ara said, tying her hair up into a ponytail.
 
Daniel came onto the island on his kingdra "Hey it looks like we got company."
 
Ikki is remain hidden in the tree, covered by the thick leaves. He threw a shuriken to a nearby apple tree. The shuriken hit the twig, and an apple fell down. He leapt from his tree to the ground, caught it and took his first bite.
 
Wolf arrived at the island. She jumped off her Honchkrow's back onto the grass. The crow settled onto her shoulder. She let out a Houndoom, its midnight blue fur sparkling in the sunlight. Wolf walked toward a group of people nearby, her red eyes scanning the crowd. The Houndoom let out a growl and barked. Wolf whispered, "Shh, Verm. Keep quiet." The Houndoom whined a little, but stayed mostly quiet. Wolf kept her distance from the group, still quietly watching the others. She believed her presence went relatively unnoticed.

Wolf spoke to her Honchkrow just as quietly, "Mira, take to the sky...survey the land." The bird obediently flew off, soaring high above the group of people and the surrounding islands.

"......" Ikki looked at the new girl with a houndoom that just arrived. She seems too.... Cautious. Well, just like ikki.
"Are you here to investigate about shadow pokemon?" Ikki asked. Usually, a stranger conversation starts with "hello"
But Ikki won't care about things like that.
 
"Hm. So we all got roped into doing this... Great. Ichi! Go!"
Jakku tossed a Pokeball up into the air, and his Slowking Ichi emerged.
"Check the area for hostiles!"
Ichi focused for a second.
(...There's a boy hiding in that tree.)
She telepathically broadcast to the others.
"Um, we know that. Anyone else?"
(No Jakku. All clear.)
 
Wolf turned to the boy that had just spoken to her, eyeing his ninja-like outfit. The Houndoom by her side growled softly. Wolf spoke quietly as usual, "Yes...there is evil here...my Pokemon felt it..."

Just then, her Honchkrow returned, once again balancing on Wolf's shoulder. The bird simply nodded. "I see. Thank you, Mirage." Wolf said to the Honchkrow. Mirage looked away a bit awkwardly.
