Just wondering what the difference is between Pearl and Diamond versions and out of the 3 games the 2 for ds and the 1 for gba which one is better?

The difference between Pearl and Diamond are version exclusive Pokemon such as the Pokemon on the cover.

I would say in my opinion, i like Diamond better.

Emerald is good because you get to not have the pain of buying Colosseum with the load of Johto Pokemon.

DP are definitely better than the GBA games, though you will most likely need all five of the GBA ones to get all 493 in DP, if that's what you wanna do.

And like Luis said, pretty much, the difference is just the version exclusives (as is always the case with paired versions like Red/Blue, Gold/Silver, Ruby/Sapphire, FireRed/LeafGreen, and Diamond/Pearl).

Plus, the best thing about DP is that you can go online and battle and trade, instead of needing another person nearby. That means, really, it's more meaningless to get both now, than in the past, as players with Diamond in one area can trade with players of Pearl in another. For example, in the past, if I didn't have a version-exclusive Pokémon, I'd have to ask my brother for it. Now, really, I can just go and GTS something I don't need for something I do need.

...but with all of your recent questions, I have to ask, frankly... where exactly have you been the past eight years?
