Have you ever notice on the outer edge of the screen when playing DPPt, when playing, the edges change a lot. Why does this happen.

Sorry, but that is far to vague a description.
If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say perhaps your screen is damaged? Or maybe you're looking at the screen at an angle; the screen on a DS doesn't extend past the left/right edges, so at an angle it will just appear white on the inside. This is particularly evident while playing Pokemon games due to the bright color pallet.
But honestly I have no idea what you're asking.

I think what he means is the concentration of the edges when you move your PC.
It is simply because the game is 3D. It hasn't happened in previous games because, well, because they weren't 3D.
You'll notice it a lot if you use Waterfall and the like.

yea, i would be walking in lets say route 201 and the edges move. i thought my game was broken or something.
